    Journey to the Darkside II: Reloaded

    Allright my fellow AR brethren, the time has come....My second true cycle has come to fruition. Below I will list my cycle, routine, and an average day worth of eating for you guys. I will list before stats as soon as I get measurements and weights. Pre-cycle pics will be forthcoming within the next few days.

    Cycle:

    Weeks 1-4
    Test Prop 100mg ed
    Anavar 25mg ed

    Weeks 1-18
    Test Enanth 1g every week
    Equipose 750 mg every week

    Weeks 19-25

    Test Enanth 1g every week

    Weeks 20-27
    Winstrol 100mg ed

    Weeks 24-27
    Prop 100mg ed

    Weeks 1-30
    Liquidex .5mg ed
    nolva 10mg ed

    HCG will be thrown in there as well, I think every 5 weeks and as part of PCT, and of course Clomid for a probably extended period as I plan on being pretty shut down at the end of this one.

    I DON'T recommend this cycle to anyone who is just starting out in the world of AAS.

    Training Split:
    Monday Morning: 30 mins cardio, abs
    Monday Afternoon: Chest, calves

    Tuesday Morning: 30 mins cardio, abs
    Tuesday Afternoon: Back

    Wednesday Morning: 30 mins cardio, abs
    Wednesday Afternoon: Shoulders, calves

    Thursday Morning: 30 mins cardio
    Thursday Afternoon: Arms (bis, tris, and forearms)

    Friday Morning: 30 mins cardio
    Friday Afternoon: Legs, including calves

    for the sake of typing, I am not including specific excersises. I shoot for a target rep range of 8-12 reps. Weight is increased as needed.

    Typical day of eating:

    7 AM (after cardio)
    10 egg whites, 2 yolks
    2 slices whole wheat toast or 2 cups oatmeal
    1 glass cranberry juice/no sugar added

    9:30 AM

    6 oz tuna
    2 slices whole wheat bread
    1 medium apple
    1 cup non-salted peanuts or natty peanut butter

    12 Noon

    2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 cups mixed veggies
    2 apples
    1 cup non-salted peanuts or natty peanut butter

    2:30 PM

    1 can tuna
    2 slices whole wheat bread
    1 apple
    1 cup non-salted peanuts or natty peanut butter

    Post workout shake:
    60g protein
    5g bcaa powder
    10g glutamine powder
    80g carbs (dextrose)

    6:00 PM
    Changes daily...usually salmon or tuna steak with veggies and rice or baked potato.

    8:00 PM
    Protein shake 50g protein, 0 carbs.


    I actually started this cycle last week and procrastinated starting this journal so I am in week 2 as of now. I'll try to update 2-3 times a week with progress and info. One little bit of info I'd like to share is this: I accidentally ordered 23g needles for this cycle, and after running prop ed with 25g, these things feel like fkn harpoons. I will ALWAYS run 25g needles from now on. I never bled on 25g injects, but with 23g I bleed almost every time. My injection sites will once again rotate between bi's, tri's, delts, quads, and calves.

    SGFury....I am at about 240 right now with a bf in the high teens to maybe low 20's. I really don't have a certain goal to reach as far as weight goes. Obviously I'm not goin to lower bf signifigantly during this bulking cycle, but next year I plan on running an 8 week cutter with clen /t3 and a pre-contest diet and I'd like to get my bf to 10% or less. Pics will be up this weekend along with measurements.

    Just did a shot of 100mg prop/25mg anavar in my right calf. Did I say the 23g 1" pinz make me bleed? Shit....I am spoiled I guess, but I just placed an order for 23g pinz....

    Calves: 17.5"
    Biceps: 17"
    Quads: 26"
    Forearms: 13.5"
    Chest: 49"
    Neck: 18"
    Weight: somewhere close to 240, I'll get an accurate weight in the morning as long as the scale at the gym is working.

    I forgot to mention in previous posts that this cycle is strictly Research Technologies gear. My anti-e's aren't, but all the gear is straight from the lab to my syringe. I've ran some of their products in conjunction with others, but never exclusively. This will be a true test of the RT gear....I hope to show the doubters how good this stuff really is, and affirm the believers opinion.

    The damn scale was broke at the gym last night, so I don't have a weight for you yet. I did stand on the digital one at home and it was showing 243 but it's usually a little high. I'm going to try and put up my pics tonight.

    Cardio this morning was on the Cross country machine (my favorite). 30 minutes and jamming some Disturbed. Worked up a great sweat, burnt about 375 calories, and then went into the sauna for my ab session. Arms are on the agenda for my afternoon workout.

    Allright...I will go into more detail on my training routine for that infamous post whore Talon, and anyone else who is interested. This will be 1 week workout...please note that reps, weight, and excercises change often so this isn't etched in stone.

    Monday: Chest

    4xPyramid Incline db press 20x60, 12x100, 10x120, 8x130
    4xBurnout Bench press 225 supersetted with:
    4xBurnout flat bench flies 40lb db.
    3x12 Cables crossovers 100, or 3x12 pec dec 200
    4x12 Decline 250 supersetted with:
    Pushups
    Calves: 6 sets of 20 with whatever feels good that day.

    Tuesday: Back

    4xPyramid Deadlifts 20x135, 12x225, 10x315, 8x405
    3x8 Bent rows 225
    3x12 Lat Pulldowns 200
    3x12 T-Bar 3 plates
    3x12 Seated rows 250
    4x12 Shrugs 100,120,140,150 db

    Wednesday: Shoulders

    4x8-12 DB shoulder press 60,80,90,100

    3x12 Rear delts (varies between 2 different machines at my gym)

    I ran the test prop for 2 months. Gained about 20 lbs, and there was no soreness to speak of.

    NTBSU>the anavar is RT also. It's a trial batch that I am testing out for them. Results so far have been stellar, no pain, great strength gains, and tremednous pumps.

    That's a legit question. I basically just want to max out my body's potential size in as short a period as possible. I've talked to numerous vets, and people who have been in the game for a long time and the cycle I'm doing is still very reserved compared to most. I feel that as long as I monitor my sides closely that I'll be okay. That said, here's an update on my last few shots.

    Saturday: 25mg Var/100mg prop left calf >painless, lots of blood.
    Sunday: 25mg Var/100mg prop right calf >painless, not too much blood.
    Monday: 325mg Test E/ 250mg EQ right quad >hit a damn nerve...

    Sides: I have no sides really to speak of....I'll let you know the moment I run into some.

    Good question...and the best way to answer those questions are to have you scan over my first diary and pick out the details you would like to know more about. I will say that I didn't lose ANY gains at all besides a little bit of water weight.

    Biggest mistake: Probably running my first cycle as long as I did without throwing some HCG in there. Most first timers don't need to take that into account, so I guess the 2nd biggest mistake I made was not eating as cleanly as I should have and gaining some paunch along with the muscle.

    One thing I want to mention about this cycle compared to my last. The freaking test I am on this time makes me horny as I've ever been in my life. I pop wood driving down the road, working on my computer, hell if I am doing cardio and my leg brushes my package it's all over with and I have to run into the bathroom to hide until it's gone...hehehe.....I don't know if this is due to the higher dosages or maybe because the quality of the test is so much better.

    One question Bro .. what kind of injection rotation you going with, and will it all be 23G's? Just know that it's going to be a lot of injects .. wondering if you are worried about keeping scar tisssue to a minimum?

    Man...I already have mad scar tissue. I am NOT using 23's the whole time, in fact, I ordered a buttload of 25g Monday so I will be switching over to them ASAP!! Injection schedule:

    Left/Right Delt
    Left/Right Bi
    Left/Right Tri
    Left/Right Upper Thigh
    Left/Right Lower Quad
    Left/Right Calf

    I hope to keep scar tissue down as much as possible...I hear deep tissue massage does wonders for breaking this stuff up.

    One of the biggest things I've noticed so far on this higher dosage of Test (700mg week of Prop and now 1g week of Test E) is that it makes the hair on my body grow HELLA FAST!! It sucks so bad man.....but I guess that's a price to pay to be a FREAK!!!

    LMAO, I know that experience. There are a butt load of great looking older women that do cardio in my neighborhood around 7pm. And I'll be minding my own business when one passes by, we share a stare and a friendly "hello" and I just can't help it. I'm pitchin tent heading down the street.
    All cardio is done at 5am now to say the least.

    Major: Do you think it's the prop that's bloating you or your diet or what? I thought prop helped people harden up...
