    1st cycle:d-bol,sust summary

    Well yesterday was the last shot I felt like I lost a friend ....
    anyway my first cycle was W:1-5 d-bol 15mg ED and sust 250 every 4 days for 10 weeks , no side-effects or whatsoever, not even a single pimple on my back , took mutli-V, and milk thistle trought the whole thing.
    Started at 5'8" 190 lbs and 10 % to 210 and 15%
    Stength , amazing.. bench from 2 reps with 315 to 4 with 365, I bent the bars on the leg press with 1300 lbs, squat went from 3X500 to 4X590 ....Although I fractured a rib and screwed my back in a car accident still continued working out every other day...thank god for vicodins >
