Ok i was goin to post this but i just never did... Yesterday I did dead lifts... My last working set I did 565 for three clean ones... My back is feeling wonderful today...

THanx bro... Ive been liftin balls out this past week... Today was leg day, on my last set of squats i did 495 for 3 ass to the floor... I went on and leg pressed 30 plates for a set of 8,knees all the way down....
THen i did walking lunges
THen leg curls...
My last thing i did for legs was i did close footed squats on the smith supper setted with leg extension drop sets... I was doin 225 and was goin ass to the floor, my last one i fell over...HA it was awsome....I bet big old legs would love that....

30 plates huh? I bet you can't do that at my gym!
Two reasons....the ancient leg press has broken rollers and it is metal on metal...with very little intevention.
2 plates feels like ten on a good machine.
The second reason...and most important....we only have twelve plates.
Keep on grindin' bro!

Ha thanks bro.... No, I went to my gym in NY... This leg press is a less steep angle... But it has two rows of racks for loading weights on it... But I got my new Ipod goin with some serious lifting ****, plus a good andrenaline stack before i lifted, that mixed with some anger... But I have done that before and i push my self so hard on leg presses that I see stars... Actually Ive done that on a bunch of different lifts...

Just to update I have been taking the arimdex, and throwing in slight cardio here and there to get all the bloat out of me... I for one am hard as hell now from the Var but... ANd am weighed myself today but ass naked at 279... Im **** proud... Ill be posted some pics soon..

Thanks bro... Just to update, I am tapering of on prop now, and still running the var... I am cutting down my carb intake just a slight bit, and next week im starting my ecac stack, clem 2 weeks on 2 weeks of, bridging over with probally hodryxycut, then im goin to start doin some serious cardio sessions, and go down to maimi ripped beyond belief... I cant ****in wait...

Ok just to update u guys im just about done with this cycle.. Im just runnin out the prop with var up untill PCT i got 2 more weeks just about... Ill tell u on thing, I HATE PROP... I have been popin them all over the place because ive built up minor scar tissue in my ass and quads, my delts have been fine. But i hit my bi today and it is heartin like a bitch now.

I am about to start prop in a week or two. I am testing a bunch of sites right now with deca and enen before I hit them with prop. I found bis to be the devil. DB instructed me to stay the hell away from them with prop...I think I will take his advice.
Where all are you sticking the prop?
Tomorrow I try a new site..I posted a poll on it tonight, and it looks like I will be trying pecs tomorrow. Then Thursday, I might give the ole traps a hit.

OK, havent been around here much so i figured i would start finishin this thread up since im comin close to the end.
OK i dropped all the water weight out of me, im just over 270 right now cut the fcuk down... I feelin skinny even though im not, but my abs are startin to fall right into place...
IM doin an ECA stack... I have another 4 weeks left of cuttin until i go down to Maimi... BUt i will post some good pics soon of my development for u guys...

Well its complete, my cycle has come to and end, not includin the ECA stack. OK, I posted this in the steriod forum. But I took my liquid clomid on friday mourning and turned out to be 600mcgs of clembutorol. That approximatly 30 tabs, on tob of the fat burners I took. But i shreaded all my fat of me, my BF is really low right now and im stll sittin at 270. But pics r soon to come...

Glad to hear that experience went alright for you...did you monitor your body temp at the time? You might have brain dmage from the temp, and you just think you are alright.

**** ill have to get everything done... I have measurements from the beggining, I remember my Bi's where 20inch cold, thats all I remember, Let me find it, and get new stats too..
But anyway, right now im weighing a little over 272 but thats a ripped weight, been dieting and all, I figure my bf is lower than 8 now, not sure though, ill get it all done, but as far as gains, around 10 pounds of lean hard mass, I weighed over 280 but that was alot of water. I dont count water weight but if you want to count water weight 20 some odd pounds... BUt ill get my **** done, get back to you with some ripped pictures as well from vacation...

I figured I would update this even though my cycle is been over for a couple weeks now, I have been running an ECA stack of clembutoral and MM4 Syntrax fat burners... I dropped about 10 pounds and sitting at 270 ripped... Im figureing my BF is lower than 8 from past cuttin experiences... I am goin to get it done at the end of the week. Friday I leave for Southbeach.... But I will have some pics of me ripped to hell, I have never had my abs this good before...

Forgot to mention that IM still pushin more weight then ever... I deadlifted 585 last week at the end of my dead routine for 2. Squating 495 to the floor for 6, front squated 315 to the floor for 6 and SHoulder pressed the 130 ilbs Dumb bells for 5.... NOt bad for cuttin except that I loose stamina toward the end of my lift due to the fact of the decreased carbs and fat in my diet....
