This is my performance after 1 week (of my cycle)

Chest
incl bench press 326 for 6-8 reps.
Back
barbell row 239 for 11-12 reps
Quads
leg press 869 for 12-15 reps.
I have a big pain in my right showlder but i can deal with it.
My w-out is 3 days on 1 off 2 on 1 off
