k guys. I dont have a digicam, so im waiting to see how the pics come out when i get them back from Eckerds. Just as a side note, my body fat went from about 11% to about 8-9 %. I was aroud 183-185...and now i weigh in at an even 170 lbs before i start drinking water lol.

Read this a little after the fact but great results. Thanks for the diary I'm sure it will take some of the "fear" out of trying something like this for some.
