    ***BiggerBri's Back for a 2nd Cycle***

    Hey guys,

    Just wanted to tell you I started my second cycle yesterday (listed below). I will post some Week 1 pics in the next few days along with my current stats. I think I am around 210 or so, so hopefully I can get up into the 230's during this cycle and hold onto at least the 220's.

    Anyway, I will write as often as possible with my progress, problems, pics and whatever else crossed my mind.

    Also...you guys think I should stay with 400mg of EQ or up it to 550mg?

    Yeah,

    I am going to run my EQ at 400mg/week doing 100mg with my 250mg of test e twice a week and then two EQ alone injections of 100mg

    Will look like this:
    Mon 250mg Test E (1cc) 100mg EQ (2cc)
    Tues 100mg EQ (2cc)
    Wed-None
    Thurs 250mg Test E (1cc) 100mg EQ (2cc)
    Sat 100mg EQ (2cc)
    Dbol 35mg everyday

    Sound good?

    Hey guys,

    Here is of pic of me today weighing in at around 212. Not too happy with the way I look but I am an honest guy and don't hind behind avatars like some. Anyway, my injections have been going really smoothly. The EQ is going in so easily and w/o much pain at all.

    Would like any comments or whatever from anybody out there.

    I gotcha, I know I am looking kinda thick (or fat). I did the clen during my PCT last cycle and didn't get any help from it. What to do...I don't know. I figure Im never gonna be ripped like you becuase of my bodies condition, so I might as well go for the bulk and size instead.

    I don't think you should just settle for a "thick" look. What type of training are you doing. Heavy, low reps or light, high reps.

    Anyone can become chisled with proper diet and training. I wouldn't hold yourself down. I think you can do it. If I didn't, I would post it and say so. Good luck and don't settle for bulking or a certain thickness or size. Always reach for the sky, as there is no limits bro! Good luck!

    Hi,

    Thanks guys...not exactly what I meant. I used to be very overweight and have serious skin problems from that especially around the midsection. Only surgery can help that.

    I know I can get more chiseled and get abs (Ive hade them in the past), just not sure I will ever get the exact look I want. Understand?

    Hey guys...reaching for the sky and more!

    Anyway, this has been a great first week. My injections have been awesome, very little discomfort and soreness! Is EQ supposed to be this easy?

    Already starting to feel the pumps from the DBOL after only 4 days. Was feeling really BIG in the gym this morning during my arm workout. **** this stuff is great.

    You don't look fat bri, i was suggesting clen for two reasons. It is anti catabolic, so use during pct will prevent some of the loss of your gains, which will leave you looking bigger, and also counter estrogen rebound related fat gain.

    How did you run the clen last time? 2 weeks on clen, 2 weeks on eca is the best way to do it, for 6 weeks. 2/2/2. that would take you past the end of your pct. If you keep your diet at what it was during the cycle, high protien with enough carbs to at least maintain your BMI, the clen should do its job.

    Gotcha. I have the exact same problem. There was a thread just made about excess skin and how to tighten it somewhere in the diet or supplements section. One guy said body wraps help a ton. Who knows. Good luck to you though!

    Daman...could you find that thread for me??? I lookd and don't see it anywhere.

    Chris, I did run the Clen for 2on 2off for two months PCT. It think it helped alot since I only dropped about 10 of my 22lb gains from the first cycle!

    What EQ,Test,and Dbol are you running...I hated EQ but maybe you will like it...I did Test400 and QV EQ at 400mg a week and my hair did not like it at all....that when I bought Nioxin shampoo....It helped alot....It didnt completely stop the hair loss but at least my head doesnt itch like it did...Do you plan to just bulk on this cycle?? Whats the plan? If you need help with anything...just ask...

    Hey,

    I got Genfar EQ, Russian DBOL and QV Test E.

    No hair problems yet...hope that doesn't happen...is that a common side?

    So far after one week, just a little acne, but nothing major yet. Last cycle I got some pretty nasty Zits, one left a big scar.

    Week 2

    Hey guys,

    Today starts Week #2. Here are my weight stats so far:

    2/18/02 212lbs
    2/23/02 214lbs

    Another easy injection today. I guess I am becoming a pro with them and they are second nature.

    Got great pumps during my chest workout today. Still being plagued by some upper arm/shoulder problems, which is knocking down my strength with chest and shoulders. But the DBOL has given me a boost that I have not had since my last cycle ended. Overall feeling really good today.

    Here are some week 2 pics....any feedback woould be appreciated:

    Chest looks like your strong point...Now lets see what you training program is...post it up and maybe we can help bring up your shoulders...I feel as if they could use a shock! Hows the diet going?? Is the protein high?? Oh yeah...that upper arm and shoulder prob. same here....for me it comes and goes...Smith Mach. and Military Press killed my shoulders...now I do Upright Rows or D.B. shoulder press instead...Bench doesnt help either...but ****it...I'm not giving it up...Im almost the strongest in the gym now...To help this pain I have just decrease the number of sets I do...Oooo and the hair thing and EQ....everyone is different....In my 8th week the itching of my scalp got soooo bad that I thought I was going to do nuts!! And the hair in the bathtub was scary!! So thats why I say to hell with EQ!! I prefer Tren anyway....For some reason its not as hard on my hair....WEIRD!!

    My Shoulder routine looks something like this:

    Dumbell Front Raises (usually no pain with these)
    Barbell Upright Row
    Dumbell Press (I like to do these but shoulder weakness has stopped me)
    Hammer Strength Behind Neck Press
    Dumbell Lat Raises (These too have stopped from pain)
    Seated Rear Lat Raises (Basically backwards pec deck)

    My shoulders have always been my weakpoint and still are. The slight pain and weakness have hurt them even more. This new cycle has helped me get some strength back, but still not sure where to go.

    Holy **** my brother!! Thats alot of exercises for such a small muscle...Now I dont know how your intensity is but...I thought I did alot

    My routine is:
    3 sets of D.B. Press...that is counting my warmup...I hit 2 set of 10 reps..first set is 10 pounds lighter that the 2nd set...Then I hit my last set of between 5-8 reps...then

    3 sets of upright rows with the ez curl bar every set is 20 pounds heavier....last set is between 6-8 reps

    3 sets of lat raises with the same weight for about 8-10 reps

    3 sets of seated bent over lat raises....8-12 reps

    thats it....by then my shoulders are fried...that is the most I would ever do for shoulders...think about it....on chest day you do shoulder work....back day the shoulders get hit...and my opinion of front raises is why??? I see everyone doing them but D.B. Press and Upright Rows hit them HARD! My whole training I revolve around my last set of an exercise and I hit that one like there is no tomorrow...I hope this helps....Good luck and if you have anything else just ask...

    Thanks for the recommendations on the shoulders. Anyone else wanna chime in on them?

    My chest has always been my strong point. Pretty full, but my shoulders never seem to respond to anything at all. I am also happy with my Bi's, Tri's and legs....but HATE my ****ing shoulders

    Started week 3 yesterday and the weight is up another 2lbs...not bad:
    2/18/04 212lbs
    2/23/04 214lbs
    3/01/04 216lbs

    Still having pretty bad left shoulder problems. Not sure what to do at this point...either lay off the weights for a few weeks and just cut this cycle or push through this and hope it gets better.

    Anyway, the EQ is really starting to make the joints ache. Some acne problems but so far not as bad as my first cycle.

    Overal feeling good except for the **** shoulder.

    weird.. eq is not usually known to make the joints ache. seeing as how it's not too late in the cycle maybe you should replace it with deca ? Also, i would definitely get rid of the winny at the end if you're already having joint pains. Maybe you can trade it for some var?

    Week #4 Update

    Not much new to add for week #4. The scale at the gym is broken so I had to use the one at home ...not sure if my weight is correct or not

    Overall I am feeling great. Starting to feel alot tighter all over and much harder/denser muscle. Also starting to see some cuts in my chest that I haven't before. Not sure if my Dbol is working if I am getting cut at this point. Diet has been strong and eating lots of food/protein.

    Shoulder Update
    My shoulder is slowly but surely getting better. Not getting much discomfort on shoulder day and chest strength is starting to recover. Still lifting some pretty sissy amounts though....but hey I am a sissy so its just fitting.

    Update

    Will be ending my 4 weeks of Dbol tomorrow. I think the EQ and Test are now starting to kick in. Had awesome strength today in the gym and was feeling really good. Shoulders are coming back nicely. Don't laugh at me but I was able to press 50's today for the first time in a long time. No discomfort and little weekness in the left side. Will aim for maybe 60's next week...maybe.

    Just on a side note. Saw a dude in the gym today (not a buddy) that I haven't seen for months and **** he looked bad. Last time I saw him he looked awesome...and kinda got me jealous, but **** today I looked much better than him. Not sure if he stopped training or just went off the juice for awhile...I'm almost positive he was using.

    Sorry I didn't have a week 5 update. Not much going on. Injects have been smooth and painless.

    I am feeling really good and the shoulder/left side strength is very slowly returning. I am starting to add a little weight to my chest & shoulder workouts each week.

    As you see my weight has stayed very steady. I am hoping for a jump now the the TEST is kicking in full throttle.

    hey man, just wanted to say, that i just saw your pics and you are looking a lot better than when you started your cycle. Even though you arent gaining weight, it looks like you're loosing fat at the rate you are gaining muscle. Just keep that diet clen ...as a side note, I've never been sore from eq...that is why i like it so much. You are looking good and have come a long way.

    If your weight isn't going up make sure that you're getting enough calories.. bump up your protien by 50 grams/day or so, that should help. Maybe increase your water as well.

    YEah, I am gonna try bumpin up the protein a little this week. Currently getting about around 250g a day...That should probably be near 300g.

    Sitting here at home still fighting this **** cold. Had only gotten worse of the past day or so. Didn't have the energy to hit the gym today and it is killing me. I hate missing workouts during a cycle. But I guess my long term health is more important.

    I headed back to bed.....give me some inspiration guys...I need it.

    Well I crawled out of bed to update you on my condition. This bug is still hangin on and today is my second day out of the gym....I hate sitting here in bed thinking about the juice running through my veins and me doing nothin!

    I will not give in tomorrow and will go to the gym NO matter what.

    Weight is still holding steady. I am actually surprised since I was really sick over the past few days and wasn't eating much. Today was my first GOOD day back at the gym. Had a pretty good chest workout considering that my upper respiratory (Cough) is still hanging in there.

    Another bad thing is that I have lost contact with my source and I ordered some stuff from him a few weeks back. Now all of his email are bouncing back to me and I am screwed. He was a good source too and never ****ed me over...I am really mad. Unless there are problems with ziplip accounts?

    Hoping this week will be an awesome week and cant wait until the TREN really starts kickin in!
