Hoss' Cutting Diary
I start cutting monday. I figured if i kept a good diary/log it would hep me with my progress. I'll be doing A.M cardio 45 minutes before school each day. I'll be using Swolecats diet (sorry can't post it ) and i'm deciding whether or not to take the new Xenadrine that is out along with amino acids, multivitamins and flax seed oil. The workout won't change too much...The reps will increase, the weight may slightly decrease. Wish me luck guys! I'm excited to see what the results will be.

Ok this is the diet i'll be using...Dont have enough money for SC's right now. This is a diet that was given to me by another AR member..I dont know if he would like to remain anonymous, but he knows who he is..Thanks a ton bro!
Hoss’s cutting diet
5:00 AM- Cardio on empty stomach 30-45 min’s
5:45 AM- PWO shake (no flax here)
6:30 AM- PPWO meal
8 egg whites
1 cup of oatmeal (if the weight isnt dropping cut this to ½ cup)
flax
11:15 AM- Lunch
2 cans Tuna (or one large chicken breast)
½ cup brown rice or ½ cup of oatmeal (if you arent loosing weight cut this out)
3:45 PM- Pre workout meal
2 cans Tuna (or large amount of protien)
1 cup brown rice, or 1 cup oatmeal (carb up)
Train 4:30- 5:30/6:00
5:30-6:00 PM- PWO shake
2 scoops protien and dextrose (or half a gatorade)
7:00 PM- Dinner
Chicken, Tuna, or Steak (preferably beef)
Veggies- salad or broccoli
½ cup Rice, or ½ a yam (need moderate carbs here)
10:00 PM- pre sleep protien
1 cup cottage cheese
or tuna/ chicken
Flax

HOSS, good luck with the cutting diet bro...make sure u right down everything u eat and at what time...when your at home measure your portions out, before long u will just know how much is there and it will become easy....again good luck bro.

Thanks bro...can't wait to see your cycle results. This is my first time cutting...so i'm nervous and excited...I cant wait for this, going for the 8 pac....very low bodyfat im shooting for.. If i'm ready, i'll compete this summer.

Thats a diet! I wish I could stay that clean, but I eat like that 2 days in a row, and my body refuses to eat until I get a burger!

Hoss........ love ya........... but you need that diet bad..... you have like.....
another 40 lbs to gain to have big shoulders..
and the diet we refered to that you will be on....... you will be fighting going into a catobolic state almost non stop...
Eat.. and don't let 6 hours go by without eating.. even if you have to wake up in the middle of the night..

Woke up, could not do cardio (severe thunder storms) he will do cardio post workout today (only today.) Breakfast= Optimum protein shake in water.
45 grams protein,
5 grams carbohydrates
1 gram fat.

Flat bench sets 12,10,8,6
Incline bench sets 12,10,8
Decline bench sets 12,10,8
Pushups: 50,30,20(weighted)
--Triceps--

rope pulldowns sets of 12, 10, 8

Not to defend the bastard, but maybe he gains fat when he bulks up more then most? Ya never know..I was reading over some of this kids posts since ive heard so much about him, and apparently this is his first year of bulking/cutting. Of course hes gonna be little!! I would guess his bf though is 17-18%?
