    Post Xenadrine NRG Female Diary

Hi all. This is my diary of my first trial of Xenadrine NRG.

    My stats:
    • Age-24
    • Height-5'6"
    • Chest-45"
    • Waist-39"
    • Hips-59"
    • Size-22
    • Weight-292 lbs

I see a personal trainer twice a week and try to work out at least 5 days a week total. My trainer monitors my eating which includes 2 up days and 5 down. I have a very slow metabolism, so my up days are 1800 cals and my down are 1400.

    My supplements:
    1. Xenadrine NRG
    2. Universal Amino 1900
    3. Multivitamin
    4. Chromium Picolinate 400mcg
    5. Co Q-10 100mg
    6. Calcium 400mg
    7. Anaerobic Power w/Vit b6, creatine, inosine, glutamic acid, ginseng, astragalus

I will be starting Xenadrine NRG on Friday. More to come!

    Started Early

I thought I would wait until Friday, but my shipment arrived from dpsnutrion.com today, and I had to start. I took 2 pills and had my first Bakery Barn Protein cookie...not too bad...anyone tried them?

I'm going to go work out, so I'll post later about my first day on the NRG.

    Post Nice burn

The Xenadrine NRG kicks in in just 30 minutes...and, wham, you feel the need to get off your ass! I had a great workout with increased strenth so I could do extra reps and more exercises. I was sweating like crazy, but in a good way.

When I took Rfa before, I felt jittery. With this you get a nice sweet burn. Definitely have to keep the water and the deoderant handy...

    Day 2

Today felt really good. I once again noticed an immediate reaction about 30 minutes after taking the NRG. My arms start sweating and I feel a little hyper. I couldn't work out this morning so it was a little different not having that immediate outlet.

The biggest thing I am noticing is the sense of euphoria the NRG seems to bring. I feel really alert, happy, and ready to go. I am thinking about starting to take a second dose in the afternoon, especially on days I work out in the evening. You can tell it starts to wear down a little...

But I had a solid workout tonight and was able to increase the weight on some of my leg exercises. I can't wait to see the results in a few weeks!

do you think the increase in weight you've been lfiting is due mentally to the fact that your taking a supplement? the reason i ask i because im am cutting back calories and have not been increasing in strength.

I'm not sure if my ability to increase weight is coincidence or mental or what. The reason I think it has something to do with the NRG is because, without it I would reach that breaking point sooner--you know, where it's not pain, but you feel like you just can't do it. It's a feeling I sometimes get with my trainer--like a cramp without pain. But with the NRG, I don't get that feeling. So it makes it easier to push a little more.

I've probably been needing to increase weight on some of these things anyways...perhaps the NRG just gives me a little more confidence...

Still, it just feels good...I know that's not scientific, but I like the way it makes me feel...

I've been on the road the last few days, so I've eaten a lot of crap. But I've already noticed a differenc in my appearence...I'll weigh myself on Tuesday and take new measurements. At least I've been lifting hard! I took two pills around 4pm today...definitely missed the boost in the morning, but feeling good now.

Let me first say congratulations to you on making an excellent lifestyle decision. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't appreciate the improvements to my life that fitness has made. Right now I would say that you are in the hardest stage of becoming more fit. If you make it (and you can) through the part where you modify your life around diet and exercise the rest is downhill. Eventually it becomes such an important part of your daily life that when you don't go to the gym you feel funny. The hardest thing for me (and still is) the diet. I eat pretty well, but it can be difficult at time when at work because it seems like you're the only one who cares about their health. It's kinda funny because now my co-workers give me grief if I'm not eating every 3 hours or so. Finally on a personal note, I would like to give you some additional inspiration in the form of my lovely wife. When she and I began this journey we were both a lot heavier, and not nearly as fit. She is with me in the gym every single day, lifting as heavy as she can (which is heavier than lots of guys there ). So keep it up, go heavy, eat well, and reap the benefits. Mark

Just take it day by day carajanine...Occasional cheat meals work, but make sure they are occasional. I lost like 25-30 lbs in one semester of college by accident. I was shopping for my own food, making my own meals, etc. I just bought healthy food(lean protein, fruits, veggies, etc) and the weight slowly fell off. Wasn't planned but not its become a passion of mine. I love telling people now that I've gone from 245 to 185...Its a gradual process, take your time(like you are doing), and it will stay off forever. Make extreme changes(losses) and you will blow up and gain it all back if not more.

-Just have a nice clean diet, a nice balanced diet of protein, carbs, fats(healthy fats), all though its not body building friendly (supported). Im an advocate of low calorie and low fat but too each is your own...You seem to have the diet in check though so its all good...

-Try to get in the gym like 3-5 times week. Do 2-3 weight sessions and 2-3 cardio sessions. Going from nothing to something makes a difference. You dont have to go ball to the wall yet, gradually up the intensity of everything as you hit plateus.

-Stay dedicated. Mind is stronger then the body. Fight the urges for McDonalds, Taco Bell, Desserts. I use to HATE desserts before when I was heavier but ever since I started losing weight and eliminating a lot of things out of my diet, I always have cravings for bad foods, e.g. cheese fries at Outback, Giant Chocolate Cake slices, Pizza, Cheesecake, etc. Just have it occasionally, once every week or two...

Keep at it...You'll love seeing yourself 30-40 lbs lighter in 4-6 months if not closer. Just dont expect immediate gratification like the rest of the country!!! Patience is of virtue....

    Thanks for the guidance...

I pay my personal trainer a pretty penny to ride my ass about what I eat. I just thought it was interesting that I ate so poorly this week and still lost weight...it's out of character for me to eat fast food, etc.

I think the increased weight training and the Xenadrine NRG are really making a difference. I had my first session with my trainer today since I started the NRG and even he noticed a difference in my output...I did my most strenuous session yet.

As for the weight loss thing, I want to lose fat not muscle. I've lost a lot in the past, but it was all muscle and I paid for it. Now, I am trying to do this the healthy way. NRG just gives a nice added boost...

Things are going well. Really starting to notice a difference in my definition in my face and arms. I worked out hard today...

I noticed that Daman1 says he sweats a ton on the NRG but I only notice a moderate elevation of sweating...Do you think it has to do with metabolism or genetics or what? Although, I guess women generally don't sweat as much as men...

    Week 2

No additional weight loss, but I've lost 2 inches on my hips since last week! Amazing...

I'm trying to take 4 pills on days I lift heavy.
