    My Ultimate DNP Diary

    I, more then anyone, know how frustarting it is when ur researching DNP and can't find an in depth cycle journal. The best I found was bdtr's journal. It was great but the doses were more then most people can handle. I satrted this to show newbie DNP users how not to kill themselves. Caus many poeple on AR tell these people not to touch DNP, but they do anyway. For the next 14 Days I will keep a detailed account of my dosages, side effects, weightloss, food intake and exercise while on DNP. Just some background. I'm 23, 6'1" 230lbs at abot 15% bf. I have done 10+ DNP cycles so I'm gonna use this one as an experiment.

    Nice. I'm thnking about hitting a dnp cycle before i start my first AS cycle. I'll be looking forward to hearing all about this consideing where around the same age. Good luck bro!

    Hey good luck with the DNP bro, Im thionking of running it at 400, I would rather 300 but my caps are 200 a piece. Let us Know!

    on another note.
    Ragnar Redbeard I have that book. MIGHT IS RIGHT, I bought that in highschool years ago. I like chapter 3 where he says whats weak and whats strong. I havbe also read that it may not have been Jack London, but some Australian who moved to Chi-town. Good read though, I used to love that thing. Im going to have to check that out again. I think Anton Lavey does the forword in my copy.

    Sorry for the delay guys. Well today was my first day, I weighed myself this morning at 228.6lbs. I will be taking 400mgs a day in split doses, 5am and 3pm because it causes less havok with my sleeping paterns. I just took my second dose of day one. No real effects yet but i feel good and I'm always excited at the start of a new cycle. Don't bother asking cause I'm taking all my supplementation. I will be eating 6 meals a day 20% carbs, 60% protein and 20% fat. This is my first low dose long cycle. I will have updated weights every 2 days. Just my dnp , lots of chicken and shakes and of course fruits.

    oh by the way this time i capped my own DNP to be sure of the accuracy of the doses.
