DNP journal 3/5

Today was the first day: 9:00am took the first 200mg of DNP along with all the Vitamins. I weighed myself @ 218 and im 6' 2. Drinkin like a fish - have 2 gals of water right next to me ready to go. Ill keep you all posted on how i feel and the results........

Taking the 2nd 200 mg cap at 10:00 am since i lost power this morning. Day one didnt really notice much except i was pissing every 15 minutes or less. Took all the vitamins drank 2 gals of water. Other than that didnt notice much???

Day 3 @ 200 mg... still havent noticed too many of the sides. Was a little hot last night, but nothing that kept me awake all night, during the day i had a couple of hot flashes while walking - nothing out of the normal for me. Day 4 will definitely be @ 400mg. As for my weight, i must be holding some water b/c i am up 1 - 2 lbs on the scale.....

Keep posting bro. I am considering DNP and want a journal like this to read to get a feel for it.

I love this kind of first had expereince. Keep going!

Sorry i missed yesterdays........well it was my first day at 400mg and i was sweating my ass off in bed.... other than that i havent noticed anything bad - EXCEPT that i havent lost any weight yet and im a little concerned....Today is the second day at 400mg.... i work outside so its cold out - but i still sweat a little bit.... i am ending the cycle on friday so i will keep posting and let you know the results.
