day 1 pct 300mg liq clomid
day 2-14 100mg liq clomid
day 15-21 50 mg liq clomid
Training 2 times a day am and pm. 3000 cal/day, 40/40/20 c/p/f. I am currently 6'4" and 245# at 22%bf.
