If I do a cycle of deca like this do I need clomid ,or hcg . And how much can I gain with this. First time user.
week 1- 50mg.

Im 30 years old 5'8 158 pounds and have been stuck at that weight for atleast 7 months and cant gain. I dont wan to to blow up thats why I want to do a small cycle lke that. Is clomid hard to get.

I would go with 400mg week as well. Clomid for sure after cycle. Personally i find deca needs a bit of test, 250mg is good if your 1st timer, too keep nads working and online.

Thanks for info so far, but everyone says do 400mg a week should I do that amount from week 1 to the end or should I start less and end with less? Also what is winny? is it winsrol
