Kdog's first cycle test & D-bol
Well boys and girls I started my first cycle last sunday night march 14 with my first test cyp injection. The injection went fine, I used my delt for the first shot. I waited until tuesday to start my d-bol.
I was waiting to start my cycle diary until I saw some kind of results. well I have started seeing them. Yesterday was leg day and my last set of squats was 30 lb higher than last week!! This was dramatic compared to what I was expecting. I knew that the d-bol would give strength gains, but I didn't know it would come all at once like that. I'll admit I was pushing myself extreemly hard, but I do usually anyway so I knew something was workin. Also I found out what all the talk is about these back pumps. It was so bad after doing squats that I couldn't even do leg press. I went on to the rest of my workout, but my back was so pumped I could barly bend over. Tonight was my chest workout and I also went up 30 lb on my last set of decline! (I do decline instead of flat bench because of shoulder problems).
I can't wait for my next workout!
my starting stats were:
age 22+7 months
bodyfat about 14%
I have some before pictures and I think I will post them compared to some I plan on taking after week 4.

i hear ya on the back pump..... happened last week cept im only on test E right now... i had to stretch my back after every set... it was unreal

Had a pretty good back workout tonight. 405 for 8 on deadlift was a breeze, but I had to take it easy on the deads because of the back pump. The rest of the workout was fine though.
For you guys with d-bol experience will the back pumps lighten up when the dbol is done. or how long will they continue?
weight was 229 tonight. I know weighing everyday will not be a precise measure of gains, but I'm just interested to see daily changes. I weigh at the same time everyday and under the same conditions.

Hit shoulders tonight. Had my best shoulder workout ever! I do a modified arnold press instead of military press (because of the before mentioned shoulder problems) and I did th 90's for the first time tonight. I only got 6 reps, but last week I was getting the 80's for 6 so its quite a jump. I can't believe how fast my strength is rising. Also I'm starting to get better pumps. love the d-bol so far.

just a quick question...i too am running a dbol and test eth cycle for the first time...here's my dilemma..i've done so much reading before hand, and have come to this conclusion...dbols alone are a waste! my problem is this although i have the dbols on hand right now, as well as the clomid..etc..., i'm still waiting for to get my test eth...my question is would it be ok to jump start with the dbols for the first 2-3 weeks latest, without taking the test, or should i just wait and start the two together? any suggestions...help please! thanks!

WAIT for the enanthate . Many reasons for this One being what if something happens and you can't get it. Then your stuck with a d-bol only which you already know is crap. and two the whole idea of a kickstart is to gain while waiting on your other compounds. If you start early with your d-bol and quit after four weeks (which you should) while you may have only been on test for 2 weeks you will have a 2 week period of waiting for your test. Just wait on all your stuff.

25-30 mg/d on the d-bol for the first 4 weeks only, spread your dosages out evenly throughout the day I take one (5mg) about every three hours. Test E 250mg(1cc) either once every 4 days or twice per week, preferably one morning-one night. For example Sunday night thursay morning as I am doing it. this will give you 3.5 days between shots. equal time between shots will give you more constant blood levels.

We both started our first cycle on the same exact day! Looks like we got a little competion for the next 10 weeks! Ill have a little advantage from the EQ though

Im with you consistancy I've been waiting for this for a while like I know you have. Glad your feeling better, don't you put that 18lb you lost back on and try to count it toward your cycle gains, cheater. jk. I hope you gain it plus 20 more!
I did my fourth shot today, hit my left quad. It went alot better than the right(I had to jab myself like 5 times on it, long story.) tonight in the gym I did alright, bis and tris. not as big of a strength increase as on power movments, but I got a good pump. might do some abs and play a little ball tomorro but other than that I'm done working out for the week. I can't wait to hit the gym again next week!

well my diet sucked this weekend, I was busy and didn't have time to cook. I ate plenty, but I had alot of fried & fatty food. Feel fat, but back on the diet tomorro. I'm pushing my workouts back a day this week bc tonight was leg day and they were a little sore and I was tired, so I figued I would have a better workout tomorro. I did get in the gym to shoot around a little and weigh myself still 231 lb

strength is still going up, last set of squats gained another 10 lbs this week. back pumps still suck, but they're not as bad as last week. the rest of my lifts were good, but not exceptional. still gaining weight too, So far I'm happy with the d-bol, can't wait till the test kicks in.

Chest workout was decent tonight, I didn't go up in weight this week, but I did a few extra reps from last week. One bad thing is that I have no idea how much weight to use on my sets. I have always known right where I was in terms of my sets/reps/weight and when I was ready to move up, but now I don't know how much weight to put on the bar. Oh well thats all part of the fun I guess!

Best shoulder workout ever!! I was able to do the 90's for 8 reps tonight on arnold press' and I did shrugs with 405-12. I had a large cheat meal today, but I weighed in at 235 which is a 10 lb gain thus far after only 2.5 weeks. I'm sure that its mostly water from the d-bol, but I don't feel or look too bloated so I'm happy so far.
almost forgot I did my 6th inject this morning in my right quad and it was the best one so far, can't even tell I did it.

Kdog...as you can see we are basically running the exact same cycle. This is my first cycle as well. How long did it take for the dbol to take it's effect with you? by the way im taking the blue heart thai dbols @ 10mg. I take one at 10, 2, and 6 pm. Test E injected on monday and thursday before i go to the gym. Let's keep in touch via pm...i'd like to know how your results are going on a weekly basis.

injection went well yesterday, but my diet was off this weekend. back to the grindstone now though. arm workout friday was good and leg workout was OK tonight. I had a burning pain while doing power sled and stopped as soon as it occured. it was right about the top of my hip flexor on the right side. I rested for a minute and it went away and I was able to finish my workout without incident, hope it was nothing.
down 1 lb today from last week at 234, but I'm confident I'll have it back soon

I know bull, I'm back to it, I was just basically screwed up sat and sunday morning. saturday is usually a sort of cheat day for me anyway, but I think I'm gonna cut it back to a few cheat MEALS instead of a cheat day.

good chest workout tonight, I didn't go up in weight so to speak, but I'm upping the total volume of my sets. tonight on decline I did 2 warm ups with 135/225 then did 315 for an easy 10, 335-8 and 365 for 5. then on incline I did more weight and more reps than last week. will be sad to see the dianabol go, but I will be excited to see what the test has in store for me.

I had some serious lower back pumps when i was doing the racks though, almost impossible for me to continue, but i manned up anyways.
BTW, I LOVE THIS **** DBOL ! the pumps are INSANE! I walk around all day with a full time pump it seems. On arm day, i did a couple of warm up sets for my bis, and they were SHOT!! i could barely work them out.
Cant wait for this test to kick in.

hey mike how tall are you? those are great lifts for a 180 pounder.
One more day left on the d-bol, I'm sure gonna miss this stuff. Did my 9th injection tonight and my bottle is cashed! looks like I'm gonna have to be a little more careful on my shots. I believe that the sydgroup was totally filled, I've just been a little liberal with my injections so far. I'm gonna be easier on this second bottle though so I don't run out durring week 8. bled alot this time, no biggie though it doesn't bother me. It quits quickly, just a bunch right after I pull the pin out.

great chest workout tonight, pump was unbelievable and weights are still increasing some. bodyweight is still at 237 today. In the past few days I've had a few people comment about me getting bigger. I guess thats a good sign, its hard to notice on myself but everyone else can't be wrong!
I am going to post my diet here. I know its not perfect, but Its better than it used to be. I appreciate all input, just take it easy after all this is a bulking cycle.
meal 1: 4 oz ground turkey or round steak
2 english muffins
20 g whey w/ 8oz milk
meal 2: ~ 6 oz lean steak
1/2 cup brown rice
medium baked potatoe
meal 3: ~ 6 oz 90% lean ground beef
1 cup brown rice
1 slice whole wheat bread
meal 4: 1 can tuna
natty pb & jam on whole wheat
meal 5: PWO shake 30-40g whey
w/ 8 oz milk
honey or fruit
meal 6: chicken breast
1 cup brown rice
baked potatoe or whole wheat pasta
1 slice whole wheat bread
meal 7: 4 oz ground turkey
2 slices whole wheat bread

I seem to have come down with a cold. I had to skip my workout yesterday because I felt bad and my back hurt. I'm not really sure what it was but it felt like I had kidney pains as well as sore muscles. yesterday was back day so I decided to wait until today. it feels better this morning.
