    First cycle, results after four weeks.

    This is the end of my fourth week running Test-E 250mg twice a week.
    I gained total of 15lbs so far. Increased chest and arm size 1.5 inches.
    I was doing 70 lbd dumbells (incline bench) now doing 90lbd dumbells 8-10 times.How do these results rate good or just alright?

    From all accounts I've heard, four weeks on an enanthate or similarly estered compound is about what when you *start* to feel the effects, so, yeah, I'd sa that and inch and a half on the arms (even with considerable bloating) and a nice leap in poundages like that at the four week mark is something to be **** happy about.

    My start stats were 5'7" 167lbs about 15% bf.......... Now I weigh 183 and probably the same bf. Starting my winny in 2 weeks that should help with the bf eh....

    actually the winny is a hardener, it doesn't burn fat. I know you've probably already made up your mind, but If I were you I'd save the winny for a later cycle. keep running the test the way you have it, If you've gained like that already just keep doing whatever it is you're doing now.
