    I haven't really lost any strength at all... Just lost some of my ability
    to push a workout to it's limit... For example doing back the other
    night only did a 3 sets of deadlifts where i usually could do more...

    Just was to drained to push it beyond 3 good sets and even had to
    limit the reps a little because I was just to **** fatigued by that point...

    The main key is making sure you are slamming alot of water before and
    during the workout so you don't have to worry about being dehydrated...

    If not you sure as **** are going to lose some strength for sure... Being
    dehydrated is going to effect your performance even more when on DNP ...

    Day 13 dose - 400mg @ 8:30am / 400mg @ 5:00pm = 800mg total

    Didn't seem to sweat all that bad today... I think your body or at least
    my body adjusted to the dose and now 800mg doesn't really feel that
    bad at all...

    Will be happy to finish things up after tomorrow... My girl is pretty cool
    and understanding, but i think she's sick of me sweating all over the place...

    Only thing that does kind of suck is how much you sweat after eating
    some carbs... **** just burns outta control for about an hour after
    eating some carbs...
    Like pouring gas on a fire baby... Now that's a fire!!

    Day 14 dose - 600mg @ 8:00am / 200mg @ 6:00pm = 800mg total

    Last day of my 14 day run... had a great workout tonight and really
    didn't even feel like i was on DNP most of today... My body just got
    use to the dose and it didn't feel like much of anything today...

    Will weight in and update things in 3 days or so, to date I've dropped
    about 9lbs down to 217lbs from where I started and I should drop a
    little water weight when this stuff clears...

    I was hoping for more of a lost running high doses, but guess I can't
    complain over losing 9lbs in only 14 days and 2" to 3" on my waist...

    Good news is my cycle starts monday and now I'm minus almost 10lbs
    of bodyweight I didn't need getting in the way of the extra weight I plan
    to be gaining real soon...
