Started running my DNP yesterday 4/2
Current Stats 226lbs BF% to **** high...
Guessing about 18% to 19%
Goal is to drop 10lbs to 12lbs in the next 14 days
and then after 3 days off DNP go right into my
next cycle that should be a good one...
Using crystal DNP, which is stronger then powder,
but I have a high tolerance for most drugs DNP included...
DNP at 400mg feels like I'm just on 100mcg of T3 for me,
so I'll be going up to 600mg to 800mg for about 5-7 days
at peak dose..
Running supplements real simple... Nothing to exotic...
T3 25mcg per day (I know T3 isn't a supplement...lol)
Magnesium 1500mg per day
Vitamin C 4000mg per day in divided doses
Vitamin E 1200 IU per day in divided doses
Multi-Vitamin 3x per day in divided doses
Multi-Mineral 3x per per day in divided doses
Antioxidant Blend High Potenty tabs 2x per day
Diet about 45/40/15 (Protein/Carbs/Fats)
Didn't carb deplete that much before starting, just
limited carbs to about 150 grams per day for 2 days
1st day dose- 200mg @ 8:00am
Felt a little heat during the day no big deal...
Boost in energy and felt great most of the day
and slept like a baby...

Day 2 dose - 400mg @ 8:00am
Not much of a difference from day one.. Some heat, light sweating most of the day... One thing is this **** will make you wanna eat everything in sight.. And then 30 mins later it feel like it's all gone and you wanna eat again...lol
Almost 9pm now and I have a nice steady sweat going with a little increase in heat... So far so good... 2 more days at this dose and it's up to 600mg...

I would be really careful upping the dose like that after only 4 days of dnp , have you had past experience with it or is this a first time? Also, you might consider taking an ECA stack to avoid the hunger.

No it's not the 1st time... I have a high tolerance for everything...
Even DNP ... 600mg should be about perfect for me... Just felt like
keeping track of things this time in a thread... The hunger part I'm
not to worried about, eating pretty clean anyway...

Actually didn't plan on taking pics for this one...
Will probably take a few pics when I run it again
after my next cycle which will be started 3 days
after I finished the DNP this time...

The most important ones are Antioxidants and Minerals
especially Magnesium.. I take a multi-mineral also and
you also need low doses of T3
Of course T3 is not a supplement, but is needed during
DNP as your natual T3 production will shut down on it,
so you need to add that to the mix as well...
And alot of water, dehydration is probably the thing you
need to worry about the most with DNP, so drink alot of
water no matter if you're thristy or not...

Sweated my ass off like a man walking the green mile...
Then hit some Back and Bis just cus I felt so good...
Heat has definitely increased today... Have a nice steady
sweat going, but not bad at all... I kind of like DNP anyway,
at least you can tell it's working... Going to weigh myself
in the morning and see where I'm at after 3 full days...

Not to talk for him, but DNP is the most effective fat
burning drug you can take... Why would I bother to
take ECA if I'm running something that can boost my
metabolism 75% or better?
Just to reduce appetite? There's no need at the rate
I'm burning calories, everything I eat is going to burn
off quick anyway... trust me...

And a big MUBP and using an ECA stack. ONe to offset the hunger, but most importantly to fight off the fatigue that DNP causes. Id be in bed all day if it wasnt for my ephedrine and caffiene. But you done more DNP cycles then me so do what works for you bro.

Honestly I've only used crystal... But have talked to bros
that have used both and from everything I've heard the
crystal is a little stronger then powder... 400m of crystal is
suppose to feel like 600mg of powder or something close...
So far so good, not really fatigued at all, this is only day
3 though, so the fatigue will come... This is only my 2nd
DNP cycle... Last time I went no higher then 400mg, but
I do have a real high tolerance for most drugs and 400mg
to me isn't bad at all, so I will be going up to 600mg Tuesday
and see how I feel at that dose... May run it at 800mg for 2
days at the end...

Please take some pics, as I have NEVER seen before and afters of DNP . Hell, you don't even have to post em, just take some so we can PM you to see em after. Before and after shots of DNP are impossible to come by.

Day 4 dose - 400mg @ 8:00am
Weighed myself this morning same time
as on day 1 on a empty stomach and
came in at 223lbs or a 3lb lost...
Honestly it was a cool day in the northeast
and I could hardly tell I was even on DNP
unless I was inside for awhile... Sides are
not bad at all and I can honestly say for me
that the sides with Clen /T3 is much worst
for me then DNP...
Slept like a baby last night again which never
happens when I'm running Clen/T3...
Will be bumping things up to 600mg tomorrow
and set how far I can push this experiment a
few days after that... I want to give things a
try at 800mg for a few days for sure...

I'll be running another DNP cycle again after I get done running my
next cycle... will take alot of pics before and after with that one...
This one was mainly to shread about 10lbs-12lbs of extra BF before
starting my balls to the wall summer cycle... If things go right I should
be pretty **** jacked for summer and then the next cycle with DNP
should really pay off big...

1st day running 600mg of DNP ever...
I noticed a big increase in heat after taking the 600mg
for about 2 hours, then I guess I just adjusted to it and
it feel no worst then taking 400mg...
I am taking the doses all at once because with a 36 hour
half-life I don't see the sense in spliting up the doses at
all since I am taking it everyday at the same time, and it
would probably effect sleeping alot more if you take a dose
later at night, so I just pop it all in the morning...
Funny I've heard so many horror stories of bros using over
400mg of DNP and to me the sides are not bad at all except
for the way it effects taking a dump...
More info then you probably need to know...
I will be bumping the doses up to 800mg-1,000mg over the
weekend to see just how far and how effective I can take
this little experiment...
Sometimes wish I had a lower tolerance for drugs, since I would
be able to save some $$$ instead of always needing high doses...

Workouts have been going great until today... The 600mg finally
caught up with me today and the fatigue is kicking my ass hard...

Well I finally got the fatigued kicked in the ass feeling everyone
talks about when running higher doses of DNP today... Workouts
have been going fine until today and I have been able to push
myself everywork for the first 5 days, but today was another story...
Was all ready to destroy Chest, Bis, Tris today, but by the time I
was done with work and the 600mg had fully kicked in I felt like I had
been hit by a freaking truck... Just ending up going thru the motions...
Don't recall ever being so fatigued and tired before...
I think the whole fatigue feeling from DNP has everything to do with
being dehydrated more then anything else... Even if I just finished
drinking a quart of water... 5 mins later I feel like I haven't drank
anything at all for hours...
Sat & Sun will still be at 800mg as I plan to just sit around the house
and sweat my ass off all weekend... lol
Friday have a golf outing planned with my boys that should be pretty
interesting now that I'm up to 600mg per day... Thank god for carts...
cus my ass is gonna need one

Bro be sure your drinking a LOT of water! like 2-3 gallons a day... Anyways IMO you should stick with the 600mgs for a while because the half-life is 36 hours, and doses can build up quite easily. Have you weighed yourself latley?? I want to know the results!!! Planning a cycle sometimes next year, def. with powder as I have low tolerance to heat, and am a pus in general. Good luck man.

Day 7 dose - 400mg @ 8:30am / 200mg @ 8:00pm
Decided to split up the dose and the fatigue is much better
today... Actually had a pretty kick ass workout tonight...
One thing I noticed is my lifting belt had an extra couple of
inches left over that wasn't there 7 days ago... So this ****
must be working like a charm... I know I'm holding alot of water
now, even seems like a little more after 3 days at 600mg, but
I'm real curious to see what the finally weight lost is gonna be
after I'm off for a few days and I lose some of the extra water
Had about 4 redbulls today along with a ton of water, had a feeling
that kicked in the ass fatigued feeling yesterday had alot to do with
dehydration and I think that was the problem... Even was feeling a
little dizzy yesterday about 3-4 hours after taking the 600mg, but
all is well now...
7 days down and 7 more to go... And 10 days and counting until I
get to start my cycle... It's almost like X-Mas time... Can't wait...

Day 8 dose - 400mg @ 8:30am / 400mg @ 8:00pm = 800mg total
Gonna keep spliting up the doses now that i'm up to 800mg per day...
felt pretty **** good most of the day and couldn't resist jumping on
the scale this morning even though I planned on waiting until I was
finished the cycle... came in at 220lbs first thing this morning... So
that's a 6lb lost in only 7 full days on DNP ... Haven't lost any strength
at all, so I would have to guess it's gotta be mostly BF I'm losing...

Day 9 dose - 400mg @ 9:30am / 400mg @ 6:00pm = 800mg total
Day 2 on 800mg of cyrstal and it was a pretty warm day so sweated my ass off pretty good... Trying to keep up on drinking 2-3 gallons of water per day, but had to run around all day looking at new cars for my girl and I didn't take in as much water as i should have...
Ended up feeling severely dehydrated by about 6:00pm and a little dizzy and **** so after we got home I drank a ****load of water and some simple carbs along with extra minerals and felt a little better an hour later... Biggest trick to DNP if you don't wanted to suffer the real bad sides is just staying hydrated... This from want i can see is the only real side effect you need to worry about even on higher doses...
Also woke up first thing in the morning with a kick ass headache and hunger pains... Can only assume that at 800mg my metabolism is racing so fast that by the time morning rolled around there was not a **** thing left in my body to burn... After breakfast headache went away and i was fine...
Sweating so much at night now I feel like I pissed myself by the time i get up in the morning.... Everything is soaking wet, sheets, pillows, my boxers, me... And I'm not even using any covers cus that would just be to **** hot...

Stayed home most of the day since it's kind of ****ty to be in public sweating you ass off none stop... Have had a nice steay sweat all day that never let's up... Changed my clothes a few times already and they are just soaked again 30 minutes later or so...
Part of the wonderful world of DNP ...
Was considering increasing the dose to 1,000mg for a few days since 800mg is not really all that bad to me... Honest, as crazy as it sounds, but a few experienced DNP bros that I trust advised me not too... To much risk for reward, so I'm gonna listen and just run 800mg until the end... Probably the smart thing to do anyway... I just like pushing things to their limits...

Day 11 dose - 600mg @ 8:00am / 400mg @ 6:00pm = 1000mg total
OK so I couldn't resist popping a gram and seeing just hot bad it could be
for 1 day, even after telling myself i wouldn't go that high i just had to
know... Finished taking my last 400mg dose of the gram at 6:00pm and
it just about fully kicked in and all i know is it's a big difference from 800mg
believe it or not... Sweating my ass off like I've been running on a treadmill
for an hour... This is the only day I am running it at a gram will be going back
down to 800mg for the last 3 days of the cycle...
I could actually have ran it at this dose longer if it wasn't for going to
work and being the only one sweating my ass off like it was 110 degrees
in the office when it was in the 40's outside today... Kind of hard to
explain that part when running DNP ...
Actually had a pretty good workout and hit back and delts pretty hard and
the one thing I learned is pushing it on deadlifts when running high doses of
DNP is not the best thing to do... Couldn't have been any wetter if you threw
a 5 gallon bucket of water on my ass...

As of this morning down to 218lbs from 226lbs
Holding some water so the lost is probably a
little more... The doses have been pretty high,
but I tend to need higher doses for most drugs
for whatever reason...

to run DNP at... Sweat all day long, but nothing to out of control...
Now the 1 day jumping up to 1,000mg was a big difference with how
much I was sweating, but I'm glad I did it, because now I know what
my personal limit is with crystal DNP... I could have went up 1 more
cap to 1,200mg, but that would have been my absolute limit...
Anything over that would probably scare me a little...
Anyway 12 days down and only 2 days left at 800mg... As of this
morning I weighed in at 218lbs down from 226lbs and I know I'm
holding some extra water weight that I should shed after the DNP
clears my body...
I'm all pumped up to start my next cycle which starts this Monday
and then i plan to run another DNP cycle right at the end of that
cycle with progress pics and the whole 9... Only thing is by the time
I run it we'll be in the middle of summer and it's gonna probably be
alot different running high doses of DNP then when it's 90 degrees
plus outside... But I'll cross that bridge when I get there...

Diet has been pretty simple bro nothing special...
4 whole eggs 2 egg white scambled
with 6 ounces of ground turkey & cheese mixed in
2 pieces whole wheat toast
coffee & juice
Turkey wrap with 8 ounce lowfat turkey
and whatever veggies I'm in the mood for
2 cans of tuna or
2 tuna sandwiches on whole wheat (all depends)
1 cup cooked rice
8 ounces chicken breast
1 cup brown rice
10 ounces ground sirloin
2 cups fresh Veggies
2 slice whole wheat bread
I may throw a cheat meal in there depending on my mood, on DNP you
can get away with that without much chance of ruining your progress...
But that's basically it

It's only 8lbs so far bro... Down from 226lbs to 218lbs
but I would think the finally lost should be around my
goal of 10lbs to 12lbs in 2 weeks... Strength is still holding
up fine, so I would have to assume the lost is mostly all BF...
