    back shot!!!

    5'8" probably about 190lb in this pic. this is an off cycle pic so im a lil fat cause i was trying to eat a lot to keep my gains. tell me what you think!!!

    Dawg I read you've done a few cycles so far...Just wondering how old you were on your first one. I'm 19 now and am just looking for feedback as far as the pro's / con's of when you decided to start.

    I wouldn't start that young bro. Give it a couple of years at least and train your a$$ off. Read some books on gear they'll tell you more as to why you shouldn't rush into things (if at all): steroids 101 is good as is anabolics 2004 or if you can't get that anabolics 2002 - you can get both on amazon.com. Or if ya ain't got the cash, pose the question to one of the appropriate sections - lots of dudes there willing to help a brother out.

    i probably started earlier then i should have but i started training hard when i was 18. since then i can honestly say i havent missed more then a week of training, and the week would have been just to take a small break. i trained like that for 2 years before i did my first cycle. since my first ive been doing one right after the other. ill be 22 this sat.
