Hey man what kind of a diet and cardio schedule were you on? I'm bulking right now, and I havent dieted since the 2 years ive been lifting I think I will in about a month. Also, how often did you work each muscle group a week? I do everything once a week right now. Thanks
this might piss some people off but i didnt do a single bit of cardio. i cut my carbs down, but thats about it. besides that the only thing diff was i added a small amount of clen/t3.Quote:

i really appreciate everyones comments, but no ones telling me what i need to work on
I think you could use some pullovers/squats/deadlift/rows just to build a little bit more of a V shape and a larger diameter around the chest/lat area
good def bro, 190 at 5'8" is pretty stout brother.
Looking great bro... Nice and lean thats what its all about........
Im liking the delts man
What kind of training split are you using? Just curious. Only thing I see that might need improvement is lats. But then again don't have a really good view of them in any of the pics.
i train every muscle once a week, except arms....i train them twice. i just started training chest twice a week as well, one day heavy and another with just fly's and crossovers.
What days do you train arms? I was thinking about hitting mine twice a week for a while as well, and was just curious how you spaced it out.
Lookin killer....I like the delts and arms...Good package.
i train sun: chest/tris
mon: back/bis
tues: off
wed: shoulders/traps....and just recently light chest
thurs: arms
fri: legs
sat: off
excellent work bruh!
i would say the olny thing to work on would be back like you lats to see a more v look. otherwise i say your right onQuote:
