    My first pics.....be gentle

    I know i got a lot of work to do, but i've come along way as well. When i started working out i was 250lbs of fat. Im now around 200. Pics were taken fri.

    U gonna drop those pants any further....not that I would mind, but this ain't no porn site...LOL

    Anyway...great work...if you are coming all the way fro 250lbs of fat all i can say is that you look awesome. You have tremendous cuts going at this point. Those lower obliques are something that lots of us would die for and the rest is lookin awesome.

    So are you wanting to cut more or bulk now?> Any cycle help you get here?? Give us ur diet.

    yah, i didn't notice they were that low until i posted the pictures. They're my fat pants, i used to have to unbutton those to sit down so i keep em around to remind me of how far i've come. I'm hopin to cut down a little bit more and then hopefully hop on a cycle and get some more mass. I've done two cycles but the first was a bust and lost everything because i did no pct and my second i've been done with for about four weeks was prop and fina.

    Yep it takes a lot of hard work to diet down..especially 50lbs....much harder than bulking...Great work and you look look really good......

    Lookin good man - I understand the clothes thing... I recently bulked up so much I needed to invest in bigger clothes... but then I slimed down so much they hang off - more the pants than the shirts though... its the waste line thing It's like you need to buy two different sizes everytime you get clothes - one size for bulking and one for being lean...

    **** dude....princess told me to come check these out...lol...we look like twins...i even started out at about 260...lol..i was a was a fat fukk...im may be little thicker right now b/c my bf is a little higher right now, but i would rather be where your at...but we have the same **** build...same bone structure and everything...

    where do you tend to hold fat at???

    good job btw....

    prop and tren is perfect for your body type...its working me over right now as we speak!

    Coldstone, post some pictures up bro thatd be cool to see. I'd agree the prop and tren was great prolly gonna be my next cycle as well. I tend to hold the fat in my gut as i can seem to get as lean as i want in my midsection but its coming along. Good luck on the cycle.

    i hold fat in my lower two abs, and lower back...thats what im working on right now...when i lean up somemore ill post some up...there are some arm and delt, and back shots up...but not any full body ones

    i dont know about him but i busted my ass on the road running ed, and ate nothing but tuna, and brown rice...fruit every now and again...no cheat meals hardly ever...took me about 1.5 years to go from 260 to 165...lost 95 lbs

    Honestly, and yall will probably laugh, i did it the slimfast way. Which sucked ass now that i look back on it. I was really only eating about 1200-1500 calories a day and road running about 5 or 6 miles. I ended up at 185 but not really muscular and that took me nearly 6 months. I didn't lift any weights during that time so when i started working out i was super weak. Struggling to lift 85 ilbs on bench and stuff. But i slowly started adding in weight training and found this sight like a year ago and got allot of help just reading old posts and it goes on from there.
