    Unfortunately, I don't have access to a scanner and all the pics taken before the cycle are in regular print.

    As for my lats, doing the rear lat spread was my first time, so I'm not that great at it. Perhaps I can get a better pic in the near future.

    kinko's, or any other copy place, can do it for like a dollar.

    Thanks for that tip bro, I will definitively keep that in mind next time I do a rear lat spread.
