Hey guys. I know alot of you followed my cutting journal, and just thought I would give you guys and update. I have been bulking for about 7 weeks (although 2 were really maintanance weeks), and have gained around 5 lbs. My arms have grown 1/2", my legs 1", my chest 1/2", and my lats....well I have some now. hehe. Anyways. I was told recently that what I was doing is wrong and will not work, so I just wanted to get your guys opinions on whether or not you think it is working. I will post some comparison pics from cut to bulk. The first pic is during my cut at about 155lbs. now I am 163 in the second pic.
