    Help! Cant post pics!! File too Large!!

    When I upload my pic it says "File Too Large. Limit for this filetype is 197.7 KB. Your file is 324.3 KB." How the hell do I get it down to 324.3kb so I can post it??? Thanks Bro's!!


    P.S. I think I'm using Paintshop or something for pics if that helps???
