Alright Here's the stats...
19 1/2 years old
2 1/2 years of hard training
5'10"
195 lbs.
No clue on bodyfat... maybe some estimates?
Bench 325
Squat 365
Deadlift 355
I was 145 when I started lifting.
I've never cut before, i'm using liquid Clen starting Monday along with the cutting diet that is a sticky in the diet forum. I want to get my legs/ass a lot smaller and lose fat in the midsection before I do my cycle of Dbol/Test Enth in about 2 months. If youll look on the tricep pose shot, I've got quite a bit of extra fat in my quads/glutes. I'll be doing cardio first thing 3x a week staring out, possibly 4 or 5 days depending on how quick the results come.
After cutting, do you think i'm ready for a cycle physically?
Any advice on what to work on would be apprecated greatly.
