**update 15-6-2002**
New picture taken, today after 3 weeks in my diet.
status: down to 10% bf (last week, now probably less i hope), 6 abs showing, last 2 still 85% covered. Im telling you this cause this pic really does unjustice to the definition my abs have atm.

This used to contain older pics of me, but since ive seem to have deleted them on my webspace, i will only show the new ones for now. I will try to find the old ones and up them again! In the mean time comments about the new ones are welcome!

Here's an older pics and some pics of today from me
the first one is the older one and the others are from today...being 7 weeks without any training at all (broke my shoulder).

You look good in my opinion, especially since not training for that period of time. A broke shoulder?? Ouch..... Good luck on training again, looks like you will be on top of the heap again in no time

Thanks a lot all of you for your support! It really helps
Ever since I started training (1.5 years ago), I hardly ever skipped a training day, and to miss out on 7 weeks is starting to make me nuts over here.
At least im not loosing mass as fast as others do when they don't work out, because i was really afraid of that.
I even hope on packing on some more since my muscles have been on 'rest' so long and have been able to fully recover from everything/adapt to not training. Maybe i'll be able to 'shock' em like when you first start working out... who knows

As gym said take it slow. Sometimes it can be very hard after an injury, Looking good and keep up the work.

I was examining the pics myself for that, looks as if you have a case of gyno,can you confirm this or is that just the way it looks,maybe you could post in a diff position or sumtin,but besides the bitch tits you have pretty good physique. not the type i prefer but i bet the ladies appreciate it. keep up the awesome work

Yes, i do have some lumps left behind my nipples. Becoming more ripped let's them surface . It's a result of trusting on the advice of my 1st cycle seller a year ago. Im still stuck with it, but i should have some arimidex this week to try and make it go away. Way too late, i know, but it can't hurt to take a chance.
If anyone has some recommendations about this, id be glad to hear them

gyno? oh yeah, didn't mention that >> my lumps shrunk to half the size in 3 weeks!
Im getting femara or aromasin one of these days so ive got my hopes high about them disappearing completely... They are are for sure not that visible anymore

Hi, I just got 150 tabs of clenbuterol . I also have a bottle of upjohn 30cc
winstrol . And 50 '5mg" winstrol tabs. I am looking to get ripped and
fast!!!!! I can follow any diet not matter how hard. I need to loose 20
pounds in one month. Can you please give me a workout routine plus crash
diet to follow. Also how much winny should i be taking a week? And how much
clenbuterol and for how long. Some people say to take clen for 2 weeks on 2
weeks off? Others say 2 days on 2 days off is the best. So hard to know what
is the best thing for me to do. I AM ALSO TAKING ECA STACK PLUS L-CARNITINE. Have tried alot, and have a good base just need to cut it up. please e-mail me with any help! also a work out and diet plan to follow would be great. all do anything!!!

When i put my pictures, i would like that everyone make true comments, because people everytime say:

They made good comments of my pictures, but everytime that i look at them i found problems, like: my face could be better (acne problems), my hair could be better (hair loss problems when cycling), or: my biceps could be better too.. we always found our details that other people never see.
I ever try to found this details on the pictures that i am looking.
But this have been very difficult in your pictures.
just one problem: Your chest could be better guy!!! the gyno made you chest " fall down " and without this gyno problem, it would be better.
if it was larger would be perfect!!
about the other muscles donīt have any problem, perfect guy, really perfect!!!
i see that you donīt have acne problemas and hair losso problem too, even when cycling.... this is really good, because you go to a elevated level.
you have a beautiful body and a beutiful face, donīt you work with publicities shows or top model shows? because you can...
I work with this, but i have the acne problems and hair losos problems when cycling
so i have to spent some money with Accutane and others products.

Hey, thanks again for the comments! About the gyno: everyone who says hard tissue can only be removed by surgery doesn't know what they're talking about. I still have lumps, but they shrunk more than 60% of their size due to my diet and arimidex ! Im getting Femera very soon to take the last bits out.
Glauber, Im not modelling but the past few months ive been approached numberous times. Maybe ill have to get into it, but i got such a busy schedule as it is! Thanks for the compliments and for being honest btw

Thanks man! That's what i thought too but now my views a little altered
The only problem with having this physique is that you can't keep it a year round, and getting back more and more fat might be psychologically straining on me...
I hope i can stay at 8-10% year round, and still build muscle..

nope, ive only cycled once in my life (14-15 months ago now), and i'm gonna keep it to that. Im satisfied with the way my physique progresses in a natural way right now.
The only thing i'm still gonna keep on doing is clen ..
