    Lightbulb Flame on... I'm a fat fukk lol

    Alright Here's the stats...

    19 1/2 years old
    2 1/2 years of hard training
    5'10"
    195 lbs.
    No clue on bodyfat... maybe some estimates?
    Bench 325
    Squat 365
    Deadlift 355

    I was 145 when I started lifting.

    I've never cut before, i'm using liquid Clen starting Monday along with the cutting diet that is a sticky in the diet forum. I want to get my legs/ass a lot smaller and lose fat in the midsection before I do my cycle of Dbol /Test Enth in about 2 months. If youll look on the tricep pose shot, I've got quite a bit of extra fat in my quads/glutes. I'll be doing cardio first thing 3x a week staring out, possibly 4 or 5 days depending on how quick the results come.

    After cutting, do you think i'm ready for a cycle physically?

    Any advice on what to work on would be apprecated greatly.

    Thanks all, no I've only messed around with prohormones and tribulus and never really had any luck at all with either.

    Bro shut up you are far from being a fat fukk................... and for being drug free, 19 years old, and only training over 2 years you have a very good base.

    Keep going natural for a few more years and get all you can out of you natural potential before start any AS use.

    More chunky than fat.
    You got some good bulk and you will look better than most at the beach.
    You may get some jibes from the cutters but don't worry too much there are plenty of chicks who like a little extra meat to grab on their man. Don't be so self conscience

    1) No, your 19. Like what was said before, give it another couple years, preferabbly even wait until 23-24 to start. You have an awesome base.

    2) I know you said you do cardio 5x a week. If you're looking to cut, up cardio to 7x a week at 45min each session.

    I don't do cardio at all right now... In fact I havent in about 8 months, I'm starting monday

    Dude,

    First thing

    1.) Far from being fat...actually you have good definition for not doing cardio. I can see your upper abs and that is no small accomplishment.

    2.) You already have a nice V taper going ...you midsection barely looks like it is carrying much fat at all.

    3.) Pecs looks solid

    4.) Back and shoulders look really really good.

    5.) I wouldn't touch AS for a few more years....keep it natural..cut for summer...bulk in winter and in 2-3 years you will be so freakin big you won't need AS.

    There isn't much to flame...just keep it up

    you know i wish i had your body type over mine, much more to work wit, me a have to focus so hard on gaining mass being my genetics still fight with me telling me im a skinney Efer, man cut up and u would be a feak

    looks good though right now, but i c what u can be.
