Thanks guys...I am 5'10 182 not sure of body fat %. My goals are to have a killer six. Right now im not on a cycle. I am dieting and taking eca 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. I will be running my first cutting cylce in about 3 weeks, Fina/Winny/Prop. Maybe Im expecting to much to quick but I dont see a difference within the 2 weeks.

Ty...I want to be alot more cut....I weighed myself last night and it said I was 176lbs. Is that possible? I was 196lbs, I feel like I should be ripped. I wasnt overwieght when I started. Maybe the scale isnt reliable.

Dude,
Don't know what you are looking at in the mirror, but I think you are looking pretty ripped now. I see a six pack and it is very visible. Don't try and lose too much weight as you are going to start eating away at your muscle.
I am thinking you look good now. I would say you should move ahead and bulk some in the fall/winter...GET BIG and then get ripped for next summer.

I plan on bulking again in the fall/Winter. This time I m going to try and put on lean mass. I was so bloated last winter. I want crazy abs though, maybe a vain or two running through them. I am scared about losing muscle but i start my cycle in 3 weeks so hopefully that will help prevent that. I think wants I start that it will be the big difference im looking for. Thanks for the compliment

Dude,
We all have are goals...so go right ahead and get that crazy ripped 6 pack....As you can tell....I don't have anything near a six pack...maybe you can call mine the single serve size pack...LOL

LOL...how do you know if you are losing muscle or fat?
-

Well, you will notice your overall SIZE descreasing and you will get tired and overworked...just don't overtrain to the point of exhaustion and weakness.

I'd be happy if my midsection looked the way yours does. My family is all fat and lucky me - I've inherited their genetics as well. I'm in an everlasting battle with trying to keep looking decent. Unfortunately that's all I can do. I have never been able to get totally ripped yet. One of these years hopefully!

Thank god I have decent genetics. I used to be really skinny. I was like
140 lbs when I was 18. I keep forgetting to post the pic. Hopefully tonight I will.Last edited by Essy; 05-20-2004 at 10:07 AM.

You are defintly tighter and leaner now...but I think you looked pretty good last summer too.
I truly think you should work on your mass...just my opinion.

Those are the pics before I started dieting. That thread is old. Ya my legs and shoulder are lacking. I tore maniscus in my knee and couldnt work it out for a while and my shoulder kept getting injured as well. I just started doing presses the last couple months.
