6 Weeks Out - Teen Nationals
What's up fellas,
I am preparing for the teen nationals and I though i would post a few pics. I am 19 years old and am 5'11" and 206 lbs in these pics. I figure I'll come in somewhere close to the top of the light-heavy weight class with hopefully, great conditioning. I have dieted for 5 weeks and have 6 more to go. I started off the diet with 55% carbs, 20% fat and 25% protein, and for the past 2 weeks I have been doing 33% carbs, 33% protein and 33% fat. I am thinking of starting a full blown ketogenic diet soon.
So, just let me know what you think.

lookin good man... looks like you got plenty of time to get the rest of that fat off (there isn't much fat there). I would say maybe try to thicken your chest up a bit. Your back and arms are livin large though. Nice job....good luck

Excellent back and arms.
You need to bring up your hamstrings the most, followed by chest and delts. Good luck at nationals.

you look great kid,i would suggest you work on bringing your left leg up a little bit.your right leg looks much bigger.other then that.you look pretty good.the comp at the nationals is some stiff compatition.usually the winner is the guy who continues on and goes pro one day...goodluck

Right now, I am just kind of stressing if I am going to come in at really good condition. I just have so many dieting ideas in my head and I don't know which one to follow. I guess I just need to stick with one and see it too the end. Hopefully, whatever i do will turn out good.
I agree that I definatly need to bring up my chest and hamstrings because they blow, I have been prioritizing my hammys for a couple months and they have gotten a little better, but still need drastic improvement.
Anyway, thank you all for all the replies I reallly appriciate them
