    Before and After Pics

    as of Aug 25 2004 im 13 weeks into Cycle #2
    TEST-500 EQ-500 VAR-40 DECA -300

    PIC #1: LATEST: 2004 AUG 23 show some fat sucked off waist and gut. At 2200 cals I need the Halo to keep my strength up.

    from pic 3 to pic 4 I have not lost any fat but have gained a lot of muscle in my chest and shoulders.

    yeah basicaly I tried clen for a couple days and threw it away. Just did 500 TEST ( a litte deca at the start) and starved myself to 2500 cal.day. Almost all of it protein and Essential Fats - lo carbs

    I'd guess 15 % bf in last pic.

    CYP but yeah its essentially the same

    the key was diet though - I just kept it at 2500/day.

    I did not get massively muscular because of my restrictive diet but the fat came off.

    With diet,dedication and some sweat...this thread proves you can cut bf down and grow muscle at the same time...I'm glad to see this was posted..crazy props here!!!

    my 1st cycle was supposed to be 12 weeks but I cut it short at 7 or 8 so I couod get into PCT and start #2.

    DIET

    BFAST: cup/bowl oatlmeal skim milk in AM + eggs + toast with juice for nolva and L-dex 450 cals
    MID AM: 52g protein MEso-Rx meal replacement 340 cals
    LUNCH: chicken or turkey or tuna sandwich + coffee 400 cals
    AFTERNON: chicken and rice or can of salmon 650 cals
    EARLY EVE: 52g protein MEso-Rx meal replacement 340 cals

    WORKOUT aT 7PM

    1 hour after workout: 52g protein MEso-Rx meal replacement 340 cals

    avergae cals deviated between 2000 - 3000 often but averaging to around 2500

    CARDIO - 3xweek during 1st cycle but upped to 6X for past month
