Actually my weight during the peak of my cycle hit 220....I am now back down to 214 since I have been on Prop/Tren /Winny. I started the cycle at 212is,,but I do not look at it as a failure. I made solid lean gains that to me are noticeable.

Me
Thanks guys for the compliments and the advice. Regarding my "soft" look. I was very obese about 9-10 years back and lost about 100lbs in just a few months. My skin never recovered from that shock and it left me with the soft look and too much skin. My doc told me afterward that I should have never lost the weight that fast.
Anyway, I went has far as having a tummry tuck to get rid of the extra skin in my midsection. As for being "ripped" I have determined that is probably something that I will never obtain, but will still strive for. See at one point I got all the way down to 165lbs and still had the "soft" look. See the pic below of me from sometime in 2000....I was probably around 185 in this pic....you can see some abs, BUT!

Thanks dude....sorry about the nude pic....it was just the best pic of me from that time. Anyway, my BF is in the 12-13 range...but that was a caliper reading which sucks in my case because of my previous skin issues.
So what do you guys think I should do for my next cycle.,... I was thinkin just a nice Prop/Tren cycle

Looking good. I think you look more tight in your newer pics. I def. think you should try for a six pack. YOu would look twice as big if you dont lose to much muscle trying to achieve it.

Thanks dude....i just have some stubborn fat covering my abs that I need to work on....I will get rid of it someday...no matter what it takes. I have abs...there are there...I can feel them and in some light I can seem them. Gonna start some clen next week, so maybe that will get me there.

I dont think anything but diet will really get them there.

Good job
Looking at your pictures, it is clear that you HAVE come a L-O-N-G way! You have really filled out. As far as your mid-section, I think that it is attainable if you keep reaching for it. It may be a little harder for you to do it than maybe the next person because of you losing all that weight so fast but still it is attainable. Keep up the motivation (something a lot of people need and don't have) and the hard work. Now that this cycle is over for you, it would be nice to see where you are going to take things from here. Nevertheless, you are an inspiration.

I'd not focus on clen /prop/tren at all for those evasive abs, but DIET and exercise.
We've no idea what your cutting diet looks like, and therein may lie your issue!
Don't neglect the MOST important thing. Many times we see people saying, "I'm going to add this, take this, shoot this, etc.", and that has nothing to do with what really matters.

Hey guys....thanks again.
I am definetly going to checkout a good cutting diet in the forum. I have been doing some intense interval training on the track about 4 days a week, but my knees were starting to get really bad....so now I am back to the treadmill. Trying to do at least 40-50 min ...4 times/week It is working well, but slowly. I feel tighter all over.
