progress pics...
Here are a few pics from today. I begin week 8 today and just added winny and primo to the mix. So far, I've added 18 pounds and the strength is up roughly 20%. 6 more weeks to go!

and I hate this pose but I've added a little cleavage so my chest doesn't totally disappear now when I raise my arms...

Thanks for the nice words brothas...I'll post some more pics at the end of the cycle. I've never done winny and primo before so I am anxious to see what effect they have on me.
xtremesport-My back routine is pretty simple. A typical workout is 2 pulldown exercises, 2 rowing exercises (BB rows are my favorite), and 1 lower back exercise...not always in that order. I haven't deadlifted in years because I pulled my back out several times on these so I do hypers, good mornings, and machines for lower back. 3-4 sets per exercise, 15-6 reps, pyramiding up in weight. With back, I really concentrate on feeling the muscle work, contracting, slow movements, etc.

Yup, looking real good. It's nice to see that you were able to put on alot of muscle and keep your bodyfat level in check. Not alot of people are able to do this.
I'm assuming that the nolvadex and liquidex are what are keeping you from not looking bloated and looking real hard. You've got some real good symmetry and mass going on

dangit-I think you are right about the ldex and nolv keeping me hard...I definitely notice a harder look recently. Thanks for the nice comments too...your pics give me that motivation to get to that next level of development.

Great work, I can only hope that I have such a great reaction to dbol and test. Looks like you are cut up and you are just starting your winny primo. Looks like you avoided almost all of the water puffiness, acne, etc. etc. so far. What is the anti-e doesage per day (ldex and nolva)? Have you posted your diet somewhere? If so point me in that direction.
I think you have a good shot in competition next year from the way things look now.

Meal 1:7:30am
10 egg whites w/ 1 yolk scrambled w/ fat free cheese mixed in
1 scoop prolab whey isolate w/ 5 g. glutamine
1 cup oatmeal w/ 1 banana
1 slice rye bread
2 slices turkey bacon
water
Meal 2: 10am
1 Lean Mass Matrix Shake
2 slices rye bread

2 chicken breasts
2 Yams
1 cup broccoli
1 Tablespoon nat. PB
water
Meal 4: 3:30pm
Same as Meal 2
Meal 5: 6:30pm
Post Workout Shake (Nlarge2 w/ 10 g. glutamine)
Meal 6: 7:30pm
2 chicken breasts
1 cup brown rice
1 cup lima beans
1 Tablespoon nat. PB
maybe a little low sugar/non fat chocolate ice cream (got to have the sweets when I'm bulking!)
water
Meal 7: 10pm
2 scoops prolab whey isolate protein w/ 5 g. glutamine
1 slice rye bread
And I sip water all day long and take a multivitamin/mineral. This diet gives me about 450 grams protein, 500 grams carbs, and 60 grams fat....roughly 4,500 calories.
