You need to buy a belt mate :D . You have lost alot of weight and look alot better. Were you cutting for any specific reason?

thx bros, yeah i know none of my pants fit me anymore hehe i just bought a few 32 waist jeans and they are kinda loose on me. As for cutting by bf is was just a goal wanted to do to see if i could accomplish itQuote:

You shold add a lot more size before you start cutting, you need lots more muscle tone, try high reps/ one working sets, that will give you some real deffenition!
