    Looking good, I would work on the back though, especially the lats, you will look much better with more of a v-taper.

    Try some heavy deadlifting for 10-12 weeks and eat good then take some pics. Your back should improve and show you better.

    Look good. I would suggest a lot of basic mass building type exercise. Such as flat bench, squats, deadlifts, barbell & dumbell presses etc. If you gain more mass you will look great. Your on the right track keep pushing it bro.

    Your still young and have loads of time to get big,I agree with canes do some heavy basic compound moves like squat and dead lift and you,ll soon pack some size on!

    bro, that frame will hold a ton of weight. like everyone said, heavy compound movements. good solid base!

    I'm 170 pound
    6.0 foot

    I have just started a new routine been doing it for 2 weeks

    Monday
    Squats 3*15
    Chins 3*12
    Shoulder Press 2*12
    Dips 2*12

    Tuesday
    Cardio

    Thursday
    Leg Press 3*15
    Deadlifts 3*15
    Bench Press 2*12
    Lateral raises 2*12

    In 2 months i'll post some more pics including Leg pics

    And the other days I rest

    What are your goals

    If you want more mass your going to have to push much heavier weight/less reps For Ex. Your doing 3x15.....Try 4x.8,8,6,4 Why squats on one day and legpresses on another....Bring it all together for an intense session.....Where biceps,triceps,calves and abs?
