    Help with body?

    ok well here it goes i use to weigh 286lb now 189lb i need a fix for my **** nipples lol theyve been stretched out .. whats the best method to get them back to normal? willing to do steroids thinking of winstrol and some other stuff but will they do the trick? letme know guys thanks ive attached the image but i dunno if it'll come out or not how does this work?

    never heard of anything to do exercise wise or nutrition/special supplement wise to shrink the nipple itself. I would go talk to a good dermatologist and ask them what they think.

    Dude,

    As far as I know surgery is the only way to fix that. I went through the same issues myself with stretched skin about 10 years ago when I lost 100lbs.. Some peoples bodies bounce right back and some do NOT...unfortunately for me and you we did not.

    Go talk to a cosmetic surgeon.

    Hes right, unless you're really young chances are your skin won't bounce back to normal. Get in touch with a cosmetic surgeon.
