    new pics

    here are some recent pics. i swear my abs look better then these photos show. LOL. anyways... the back pics really are different.

    Hmmmmm, no, not really out of constructive cirtism, but I just figured anything I said would be strewn out of preportion by everyone here.......... I have to say, this is unlike any other board I've been to..........I guess the difference it most of the people on the other boards are more my age, and understand what criticism is, and I didn't mean that in a smart ass way, just a statement, nothing more, nothing less.......
    But what the hell! He looks pretty good, nice beach body, but his biceps are lagging, and he deffinatly needs to get those abs out, though, I can see that they are there, and I'm sure the lighting is a factor! The upper pecs need to be devoloped big time, but the lower pecs are quite impressive, and his back is well preportioned........ Peace.

    Those are some good criticism's.....you got really good rear delts in those back pics

    i will claim the lighting as a factor contributing to my washed out abs! but seriously that was a good constructive criticism. my arms (not just the bicep) are my weakest bodyparts. my upper pecs seem like they are never coming in. but at the gym the striations leaving my neck let me know something is goin on there! all in all i think my lower chest makes my upper look small. when im carb depleted and flat looking it looks a little more proportional. and my arms just look small. well i guess thats cause they are!

    Nice back width. The only thing that stands out to me is lower back thickness. Do you do dead lifts?

    deadlifts are my alltime favorite exercise! you can tell? i hardly ever do deads anymore to to stomach problems though. and the days of the heavy dead are gone or are you saying my lower back thickness is junk and everything else is okay?

    I'm saying ... compared to upper back thickness and width, you could use some more lower back thickness. It just stood out to me that you're not doing deads.

    Great rear delts. They almost overshadow your back development! And there arent many people in the world who can be told that! Upper chest needs work. JMo but i dont like the nipple rings.

    sounds odd but my upper chest never really started to develop until I started doing decline shoulder width barbell supersetted to decline db presses.

    my front delts do the same thing which is what I suspect has happened to you, no flame AT ALL, just thought I would mention to help ya out man, if not maybe a change to spark some new growth!

    i can believe that your upper chest exploded from decline work. i feel the muscle either contracts or it doesnt. maybe you get better upper development from your decline exercises! i have tended to avoid decline work in the past because of my lower chest overpowering my upper. but thats changed as of late. thanks for the reply bro!

    Aaaah, we all say that about our abs... can see them in mirror great but the difference is, most of the time you see pictures of movie stars... many of the pictures have been touched up with air brush... anyways we can still see the abs plenty... its about the same the way mine show up although have to really tense up the stomach muscles to do that even in the mirror...

    Back is looking great, pecs great, your delts are definately happening, maybe somewhat more then the pecs, bi-ceps and traps but this might just be faults of the pose or camera angle. At least from your back pictures, the delts look very strong, from the front side the delts maybe look like they need more work. Maybe you need more diversity in what exercises you do, looks like are slightly more productive working your back and rear delts then the front side.
