    Update pics....

    Been out of gym 7 months just got back into it 6 weeks ago. Running Fina/Prop. Still 8 lbs to loose..

    Thanx alot guys.. Rite now im 6,0 199lbs want to drop down to 185-190 rippped..I should be ready to go come August when i go on vacation.

    Biggerbri thanx bro. I used to be a fat bastard last year and did ok. I think u could get shreaded noo prob. Ur rite there man...Maybe just polish up the diet a bit to hit ur goals...
