good start. keep lifting. introduce yourself to the wonderful world of chins,t-bar rows, and 1-arm db rows.
i used to have problems getting my back up to scratch - id chin and row till i busted a gut and it wouldnt grow.. and then......
heavy deadlifts!! :D
love em or hate em they do the job on your back and traps!
I'd agree with Kaz, Im not a big guy by any means but I do deadlifts and I can say I have traps now!
