    Critque the back

    the lighting sucks but i have some definition but feel free to point out the biggest problems with my back

    i used to have problems getting my back up to scratch - id chin and row till i busted a gut and it wouldnt grow.. and then......

    heavy deadlifts!!

    love em or hate em they do the job on your back and traps!

    I'd agree with Kaz, Im not a big guy by any means but I do deadlifts and I can say I have traps now!
