Yeah, im very interested in what you cycled to get those gains, i know that regardless of what you cycled it wasn't easy and it took a good diet and training regimen though.

    Thanks for the compliments!
I´m real, thats for sure.. So, where I start..? My cycles, yeah.

I always use in my cycles such a simple stuff, nothing exotic.
I started from the first pic with a "deca -only"-cycle.. or I was planning to take only deca, but... One friend offered to me five bottles of Lilly´s Humatrope 36IU/amp. I bought those like a pig in a poke, but after 1-2 weeks I noticed that the stuff was real! I used Humatrope 4on - 5off, 4IU/shot.
Then I thinked, why not add something else too. Finally my cycle was something like this:

    Deca 600mg/week
    Testen250 500mg/week
    Sustanon250 750mg/week
    Dianabol 30mg ed
    Humatrope
And to the end of cycle 10 000 IU profasi`s hcg

    With this cycle I burned fat a LOT! Cycle was ~12weeks. When I started, I was 104kg with a 18% bf, after cycle I was 103kg with a 11%.
The result was so dramatic, that I started seriously think to go to the comp.
Year before competition I made my decision. I talked with my good friend, who has won many competitions in Finland, and I had a lot of good information and advices for the comp. He made my cycle and diet program.
My cycles before was nothing compared these...

I started with deca, 200mg/w and ended up to 1g/w. Sustanon250 I taked 6 amps/week, so the amount was 1500mg. Dianabol was 50mg/ed, Testex250 500mg/w, Testen 250mg/w, Testoviron 250mg/w. (Not all in same time) Winstrol I taked in two sets, both started from 100mg/w and ended to 400mg/w. Propionate amount was something like a 200-400mg/w. Propionates was testopin, russian 5%´s and testen25.

Diet cycle was almost the same, but I used Genotropin GH 4IU/d 4on-3off. And to the end of the cycle I taked winstrol 500mg/w, propionate 100mg/eod and some primobolan . I stopped to use deca 7weeks before comp, and all "long"-testos 4 weeks before.

On diet I used ECA-stack, clenbuterol and T4 to burn more fat. 2 weeks ECA, 1 week off, 2 weeks clen ...etc.

Prime: masters?? You dont look 40 Sorry about my bad english, I mean Scandinavian Champs. (not masters).

In Finnish Championships I was 2nd, and Scandinavian Champs precomp I was 6th. I got my ticket to Norway, where the comp was, but I never went there, because Norwegians changed the date, two weeks later and in new date I was in Greece. Too bad. My bodyweight in competition was 96kg and the bodyfat 3.2%. Very lean, eh?

I have made 2 comps in 6 months, that means 2 diets. Whew, that was so hard job, but I made it! Some people here in Finland judges me, stupid and senseless to go to two comps in short time. But I let them talk...

Now I have some promblems with my weight. I try to gain and I eat about 4500-5000kcal every day, but my weight is still the same. I dont use any drugs now, I try to get my bodysystems to "normal" again.

Whew, a long story, but just a superficially what I have done. And again, sorry about my english, it´s just not so good...

Yes I did, but I´ve never been in this condition before. Little part of my transformation is because of muscle-memory, but as I said, my condition was like "fat-ass" before.

I have 12 years martial arts backround, and I also tryed some Strongman-competitions years ago. If I found some pics of those times, I will post them here. I started in a gym about 15 years ago, but there´s few breaks, longest was 2 years, no training at all.. (in the gym)

I also have brown belt in Hoi Jeon Moo Sool, and Han Moo Do.
When I was younger, I practised Tae Kwon Do, where I got green belt.
Those hobbies caused me some problems, wich I still suffer when I train in the gym. Broken elbows, knees... That´s why my legs are lagging..

But I LOVE training and I wont stop until I´m dead!

way two skinny for competitions........... but helluva beach body..... good progress for the time you have put into it. It took me nearly 7 years to add 110lbs of solid muscle and drop my body fat to 5 percent..... at your rate, you'll accomplish the same I'm sure, wonderful progress.
