pics from arizona open
I placed 2nd in the arizona open this last Saturday. The same show as buffteen did. There were 17 people in the open middleweight class and it was a freakin tough class!!!! My second place finish was a good suprise to me. I put myself at 3rd or 4th place. My peak was all ****ed up and I wasnt as hard ar vascualr as I had wanted to be. I think I was too dehydrated and needed more sodium . Of course today I'm full and vascular like I should have been yesterday. Anyway, its over. Here are a few pics. I 'll post good ones when the promoter gets them up.

I dont think I will be doing any shows again for another 2 years or so. I want to be a light heavy next time plus I need to spend more time on other aspects of my life that are way more important.

Any time a guy gets that ripped and retains some very nice size it is very , very impressive. It's obvious to me that you made every effort to get yourself in the very best shape with the amount of muscle you had put on your body in the previous years of training. Obviously peaking on contest day takes practice, since everyone's body and metabolism is different. Fantastic Job.
