Starting up...Here's current pics
Well i did one weak cycle last year sust only, and gained about 12-15lbs. Went from 185 to about 200. Im currently 197, 6'3", late 20's, and body fat is somewhere 8-12% (not sure). Yes i am skinny, working on that though...
Startn my 2end cycle this week.
Test Cyp 400mg/week 1-10
Tren 75mg/eod 1-6
Proviron 25mg/ed 2-10
Ldex .25ml/ed 2-10 or as needed
Clomid PCT
215lbs is my goal.
FYI: Need help with Tri's, and Lats (need width).

Lat Width =
Pull ups - Explode up, and take it nice and slow(6-8 seconds) ALL the way down...You'd be surprised how much the slow eccentric works you...I like to go index finger where the bar bends. Some go wider and go all the way to the end...Try it and see where you feel your lats most...
Pull Downs - Again explode down(controlled = 2 seconds down) and slow all the way up. Make sure you pull down with the lats not arms(bis/forearms). Every so often I like to strap in, up the weight, and blast the lats. Called lat shrug-downs....No arm involvement, just shrug down with the lats...Supposedly a real mass builder...
Supposed lat development: Supposedly keeping the elbows close to the side works lats, while elbows facing out work back more. E.g. One arm rows with hand close to side(palm facing in), close grip t-bar row, close grip cable rows, etc....

love weighted pull ups for the lats and on the tris's, gotta hit the weighted dips, try those for awhile and see what happens

As far as the abs go, i actually have a 4 pac, lower abs dont show thru. Then again, i never work-out my abs. Should i do weighted movements, or natural movements (sit ups, crunches, etc...)

Bodyfat probably closer to 12%. Work you shoulders and yout look will inprove dramatically. Tall guys have a hard time looking big but wide shoulders help a lot.

Looks good...i would do some nasty pull ups & RDL's for your back and maybe abs everyday.

do your back with intensity...heavy rows, chins...do your lat pulls with heavy but managable weight...and hold it for a sec...close grip for the v look
i havent heard of deadlifts increasin span...but they are awesome for raw power and stability

Do deads man, they help a lot with back thickness and also lat width. Traps also get a workout.

Deads are the best!!! You will use every last bit of energy with em! The only thing I don't like about them is that your trunk gets a lot wider and I already have a lot of stubern fat around there that I am trying to get rid of so I am not doing them right now. I may go back to em this winter during a bulker but idk.
Your lat's will come with pull ups IMO.

imho you could use more gh release...do more dead / squat / powercleans / HI Cardio? hgh treatment?
anything to build core mass / base...it looks like you're juicin out your system pretty good but there is not enough base for it explode off of no matter how much anabolics. good gains otherwise. pz dogg.
