    i'm no pro

but it looks like your chest could use some work. i may be wrong though. (maybe it looks bigger when you drop down to your competition weight, but in those pics, it looks small in comparison to your shoulders and arms....which look great)

You are very proportional--no glaring weak spots. Just add size all over. You probably have another 20-30lbs to add naturally.

Pecs are definitely a weak spot, and arms were a little on the small side (though from the more current pics, you have been working on it). Wheels definitely are your strong side. Are they still like that? Current pics bro, inquiring minds want to know.

You are already ahead of the game in that your legs are actually a bit "ahead" of your upper body. That is good for two reasons.....

    1) Most on stage have smaller legs than upper bodies, when it comes to imbalances.
    2) The fact you work your legs and they are big, will encourage your upper body to grow that much bigger.

    Good to be you!

Chances are since you are having issues w/chest development, you are probably trying to do more and more to get it to grow, hence it stalling even more. You need to use different "shock" principles to send the message to grow. What do you currently do for chest, and how many times per week?
What do you eat after you train?

    SWOLE,

i try alot of different stuff.....my chest workout is never the same and i usually use heavy weight and about 4 to 10 reps.......i do alot of dumbell presses and sometimes incline barbell presses but never flat barbell presses......i always do flyes and some cables......i thought maybe some drop sets and super sets would work but havent tried yet. My post workout meal is usually a shake wit 40 to 50 grams of protien and some blueberries, bananas, or strawberries.

what would you reccomend i do??????

sorry I am not swole but I give you my .02

chest work out- go heavy in the 4-6 rep range and do incline barbell, also do flat bench barbell. You can alternate each week with dumbell for one of those excercise if you want or just do them both with barbell. Incline fly with the cable are great too!

    for your pwo1

protein looks pretty good. I would stick with 50 grams and get some dextrose. Add in a 100 grams of carbs, some R-ALA(500mg)/(1200mcg)biotin and then have the same macro break down for pwo2 which would be your solid meal. Also include the R-ALA and Biotin with this meal.

    just my .02

you need a carb that is going to turn right back into glucose real quick so oatmeal is out of the question for pwo1

here is a link for some dextrose

    http://webtrolley.org/mivastore/merc...gory_Code=1072

    macro break down= protein/carb/fat

your pwo1 and 2 should have little no not fat at all
pwo1 should have basically about a grams of fat considering you use a whey source with no fat in it.

    hope this helps?

    Hey Guy
You've got a decent base. We're about the same height and it seems you've started with a similar deficiency(chest) and advantage(legs) as i have.I'm 21 right now.... been competing 5+years now.Right now i think you're doing too much.Just my opinion.I find with the 'weaker' (slower growing) bodyparts, the trick is to reduce the volume. If that fails, stick with the reduced volume but increase the frequency of workouts (instead of once a week.. try 3 times... while training everything else once a week).AND if you make any change to your routine.. try it for 6 weeks at minimum..That way you can assess whether it really worked or not.Get somebody else to look at you.Generally we're not good judges of ourselves.

    Upper body

I encourage u to do more work with the dumbells than a bar
for the fact that u will develop more control with the weight.
I know my chest started to grow more when i changed up
my work with the dumbells and also a lot of pushups.
