    First cycle, sustanon/equipose result pics

    Been training for quit some time and have just finished my first cycle sustanon /eq (8 weeks)

    My stats are,

    170 pounds Body weight
    6% body fat

    have gained about 8 pounds of lean mass on thios one.

    Guys thanks a lot for the great responses! Awesome.
    I am planning a second cycle in a couple of months. Will probably consist of Dianabol /Primobolan and some Eq cuz I love that shit. After 5 weeks I still have a great pump and veins are popping out of places I never thought I had veins on those spots.

    The cycle I did was the following:

    Week 1 500mg sustanon /400mg Equipose
    Week 2 500mg sustanon/400mg Equipose
    Week 3 250mg sustanon/250mg Equipose
    Week 4 250mg sustanon/250mg Equipose
    Week 5 250mg sustanon/250mg Equipose
    Week 6 250mg sustanon/250mg Equipose
    Week 7 250mg sustanon/250mg Equipose
    Week 8 250mg sustanon/250mg Equipose

    Week 11 till 13, 1 tab a day of clomiphene citrate

    Equipose was from the chinaman (**)
    Sustanon (Nile)

    Diet was nothing special,

    Just shitloads of protein and about 100 grams of fat (vegetable and fish oil) each day. Further more I ate a lot of oatmeal and chicken breast spread over 6 meals a day complemented with some whey shakes. Right now (5 weeks later) these are my stats,

    Before cycle:

    Height 186CM
    Bodyweight 160 pounds
    Bodyfat around 7-8%
    Arms: 40 CM

    After cycle:

    Height 186CM
    Bodyweight 168 pounds
    Arms: 41,5 CM
    Bodyfat about 6% or even less, I have veins on my abs that i didn't have before this cycle.

    how big are your legs?
    41.5 cm arms are very big when your 170 lbs & 186 cm....

    looking good, you remind me of my self last year my weight was 145 pound's now i'm at 197, i just got back on sustanon 250 the 10 ml international pharmaceuticals, bottle . keep up the good work.

    Legs are not that big, I like the classic style (a la arnold) a lot better (no offense though). Plus i will start martial arts again so can't have big badass legs.

    I am not in Turkey at this time, I live near Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
    As far as growing, yes i plan to pack on another 20 pounds or so and then some cutting. Maybe in due time a little competition, I am still an amateur though
