    3 years of progress....

    Little update.... 3 years of my workout progress.

    first pic - 18 y/o 6'3 210 - 215 pounds

    second pic 21 y/o 6'3 255 pounds

    all natural untill early this year. making great gains. feel free to add any input.

    i just got test at 253 pounds @ 12% bf with the standard 3 site calliper test.

    looking to get up to about 270 pounds this year.

    haha, i went to school allready, i know sit in an office all day programming computers haha... i get to eat all day and relax then go and train. it's the life....

    Well done your looking larger than life buddy... what testostrones are you using. Im currently natural but I'm thinking of doing a course 250mg of Sustanon with 100mg of propinate and probably some proviron after I finish the course.

    right now i am using 500 mg of sust 250 a wk and 300 mg of deca a week. making great gains, my body seems to respond to low dosages.
