    Here are the stats


    Height: 5'9"
    Waist: 30
    B/F %: I think around 5 but i am haveing it checked this week so i'll keep u guys posted! Its all about gaining nothing but quality muscle. Fat is the enemy
    Weight: about 170-175

    Did one cycle deca only, gained 12 lbs after all was said and done. But have worked out seriously for 4 years now. Thats were most of my gains came from.

    Thanks for the support guys. I try my best, but seem to always come up short. I hope by december i can add 20lbs to my frame (with the help of AS ) And i'll post some more pics then.
