OK, I give up...how to resize photos.

I've played around w/ this for over 2 hours....the program says file limit is 197.7KB...yours is370.1KB. Please...anybody help me?!

if you want me to do it for you...pm me for my email addy...just a quick rule of thumb...that the pic has to be 150 x 150 pixels
