Red face LittleNates mid summer pics....please critique

    Hey guys....its been a while....

postin up some mid summer pics.....i put on a good 10 lbs last winter.....dropped some b/f this summer and looking a bit leaner.

    Stats:

    20years old
    Hieght 5' 7''
    2 1/2 years training
    started at 125 lbs
right under 160 in these pics
    BF: 10-13% maybe
    NO JUICE YET

Im considering doing a light test only cycle within the year....Do u think 20 years old is too young?

Also i was considering powerlifting for a while to build up some core strength/mass. Im lacking in my lower back and my legs. Would this be a good decison?

    thanks guys/girls

Powerlifting is always a good decision for mass, make sure youre eating enough protein and calories.

looking good, but the last picture didnt show for some reason. I know what its like starting out at a ultra light body weight (i started at 80... not quite 125 but u get the idea). Could we have more stats (ie. chest, shoulders, arms, legs... etc)? thanks

    Eat healthy.

    Eat continuously.

Repeat the above for best results!

Sky is the limit at your point in time, adopt a solid plan and floor it.

thats a great start from when u started....be careful if you powerlift...make sure to lift the correct way, stretch, and wear a belt...u dont want to get hernia like i had....lift hard but smart, dont strain yourself....in time you will get to where u wanna be....
