the most important thing in figure is a symetrical physic ,so all i can say is I've been to enouph shows to say that you've got what it takes so keep up the good work and don't put on too much size the judges don't like that definition is the key.

Yea they look good for figure... fitness id want to see them bigger IMO. But fitness isnt just based on looks as im sure u know. What are your future goals (ie. what u want to work and and become)... sorry i dont remember.

Smith Machine squats... squating beginning probably 80% max
a little below parallel starting with 20 reps.Then I up the weight to 15 reps, 12, then 10... I do about 5 sets..
Only 3 sets of leg press.. or I'll do 12 sec hack squats 12 for 12..
Then stiff legged deads.. Always a must

Then Leg extensions. I always start heavy with these... for me 80lbs and I downset the last 2 sets. With my max of 120lbs.
I used to do lunges but found I really didn't need to if I did the deads.

I do leg curls on back day usually.

**** girl, THAT'S EXPLAINS THOSE PICS! Man, my gym is full of a bunch of heffers doing half-ass yoga and pilates. When I was a personal trainer, I trained a fitness competitor and one time on leg day, I told her that I would meet her at her place instead of the gym. I drove her to the gym and instead of driving her home at the end of a workout a lot like yours, I made her LUNGE ALL THE WAY HOME FROM THE GYM (About a mile). Try it.

If i had to give some positive criticism i would say the calves, but all around i think you look like what i would consider a "perfect" body for a female. You know a good balance between muscular/toned, and still holding good feminine shape and curves.....

Now god D*MN i wish i could get my girlfriend in the gym. Shes not fat, just slightly out of shape! Maybe i could use that pic to motivate her sloppy ass!
