OK here it goes
I'm still trying to get a little more size..
Haven't done any kind of show or contest yet.. but I'm thinking possibly figure????
I would like to get something under my belt and I figure that might be a good start until I get more size.

nice stomach also
i think that you are well on your way and can achieve your goal of figure with not too much work.
but i would agree that some more size would be needed so put in some hard core months in and youd be there in no time!!!

BW..you look fantastic!!Absolutely smokin".Arms look good.quads are coming up.Maybe a little more work on the calves.But for a fitness comp..your damm close to being ready.

Aesthetically pleasing. You appear to have nice definition and balance, but its hard to judge youre entire physique from one picture.

As far as figure well you have the dieting down pat and like someone else said you are only a week or two out of competetion shape. The only things that I would pay some attention too are your calves like some has listed and also adding a little bit more onto the shoulders. Other then that you are spot on, you have fantastic lines, and all of your muscles are nicely semetrical and proportioned.

Wow, you look amazing, you look ready for the show now! I think that you should try to balance your Biceps with your triceps a little more (your tri's are huge) but other than that, I cannot fault. Well done.

you look fantastic. but you want more size? that can help you win competitions, but i'm not too sure if it's gonna make you more attractive, because i see in you're profile picture that you are more of a model than a female bodybuilder.

What helped me out a lot was decreasing my calories and trying to maintain my heaviest lifting.. of course I'm unable to do as many repetitions because I feel a little weaker because of cutting the calories.
My workout has been only 4 days a week working 2 body parts each work out and 30 min of stairclimber after each workout of course with an exception of leg day (which is probably my hardest workout)
Smith Machine squats... squating beginning probably 80% max
a little below parallel starting with 20 reps.Then I up the weight to 15 reps, 12, then 10... I do about 5 sets..
Only 3 sets of leg press.. or I'll do 12 sec hack squats 12 for 12.. (these are hard, I posted this on IBB..) A old girl friend of mine who has her pro card learned these from a Ms. Olympia and swears by them.
Then stiff legged deads.. Always a must
Then Leg extensions. I always start heavy with these... for me 80lbs and I downset the last 2 sets. With my max of 120lbs.
I used to do lunges but found I really didn't need to if I did the deads.
I do leg curls on back day usually.
