whatever your doing, keep it up, and go even harder, because it looks like your doing something right.

I have no idea about your bf% but just remember to include cardio if u want to be more cut, but Im not saying you look over weight at all.

Hey i've seen you on other boards too. Sorry you get flamed so much. My advise would be to work on exercises that increase your neck size and also to work on your delt. This will help you out more than you know. As far as your chest is concerned... Unfortunatly some men retain more fat in their chest than others. I am one of them. You have to realize that making your chest bigger doesn't work by itself. You have to do cardio and adjust your diet. Give it some time work on your shoulders and neck and you should see some good results.

Good to see you over here bro-like I said at the other board, people are much cooler here and you won't get flamed. See if you can get a better pic, then you will get some good feedback on what you're weak points are and how to fix them.
