This was me last summer around 160lbs, without any juice. I was benching 300

you look pretty big for 160. i dont think that you arms are lagging but i do think that your shoulders could use a little more size imo. other than that keep up the good work bro.

Chest and bis look good. Id say rear delt is what u need to work on. Maybe tri's, but its kinda hard to tell by that one pic. All in all id say that your looking good at 160. Post some new pics up with a few different poses

you were benching 300 at 150lbs? wow pretty impressive. You look way bigger then 172 to me keep up the good work.

legs are good, little lagging, can do 225 for 45, and 315 for 22

Weight is relative to height. In otherwords a 5'8" guy at 160# has the build of a 5'11" dude who is 190 to 200#.
